Does anyone know what micropayments this topic here is referring to? 

I had thought for some time that the ability for adding micropayments such as specific limited reactions that users can purchase for a small bundled price, would be a good way for small additional revenue. I do have some reactions that are limited to certain paid groups, that they can use once per day, adding the feature to purchase additional ones of these reactions would be awesome. 

If Invision is planning such a thing it would be good to wait for this rather than get anything custom built 🙂 

There is nothing to announce in terms of new features on commerce at present. These will be announced within our blogs, once we are ready to share these.
