I already have a 20 user package for ip chat, but over the past week the chat has become so popular we are nearly hitting this limit easy with no advertising. So my question is do you have to pay the full $29.99 or just add the extra $10 ? I've only used the 20 users for around a week.

For pictures, post, and anything else that can be posted, there should be a Tag entire by the author. This will help people search for key terms or subject matter not just a search in IPB. Don't get me wrong I put Tag in the search box above and get stuff from what if to coding. Something more specific like tags will help people search for subject materials. Maybe this can be added down the line. Thanks

I bought the blog mod only to find out its nothing what i thought it was. When i requested a refund, i get bombarded with "we cant do that for you" crap. Heres my pretty conversation with Nakisha. Like wow, i just want my 50 bucks back and its leading to be so difficult. I never thought IPS would have this kind of problem. Normally any other Company goes, okay, your not satisfied, thats alright, we WILL give you back the money. The real drag is... i thought IPS was all about Customers, no? What do you all think about this?

Before we upgraded to the most recent software version we had a 'shoutbox' - parachat I believe. This used to display the last 50 or 100 shouts so you could always go in and see what was being discussed. We have installed ip.chat now, but the box seems to be empty every time I go in there. If a chat is in progress it may retain the shouts, but it certainly doesn't retain them as with the previous application which kept them indefinitely. I can't find a relevant setting and wondered if this feature is there somewhere? Thanks

Hi, Could someone from IPS please let me know the status on cleancut skin. As far as I can tell this was last updated back in October and is still beta. I am concerned as it is faulty with the blog installed here and I am loath to update to 3.0.5 and update blogs / downloads etc., if it is not going too work properly. Many thanks.

I would have posted this in p2p but there a section currently anyhoo, I would like to set the opening hours in my chatroom from 5pm-1am GMT however with chat being hosted with you guys do we need to set it to whatever the equilivent time is in ips' timezone? Thanks in advance. :)

When doing a search/filter on the list of members via the ACP, I'd like to see the following options added: The mass move/pruning is nice, but would be nice if I could select the members to affect, in case the filter returns more than those I am looking for. Requested this before. If someone needs to move 20 or so members, but their search criteria returns 40 or more (and there's no way to filter it any further), it can be a very cumbersome task. See the number of members found that match the filter/search (like "Found 43 members") I would imagine that this should be relatively easy and would be amazingly useful, especially if you want or need a count. I'm really confused by the official skins. Is Cleancut an actual skin now, or is it still in development? I have a version of it on my board but discovered it is not compatible with IE.Mobile skin? Announced it coming soon about 3 or 4 months ago??? Dynamic blog headers?? Will this be something that works this year? My head keeps spinning with IP3. It seems almost everything is in beta from what I can see. Lots of announcements but little in the way of finished product. If we expect skinners to pump out finished products (i.e the skin challenge) can't we get the official products launched?

Hello all, I have seen IPB's SEO is poorest SEO i have seen comparing to other Forums especially when compared to vBulletin, IPB is far away. I think IPB should work a lot on it. Even on google's first page out of 10 are 5-6 vBulletin Forums, & IPB's 1-2 Forums. Hope to see IPS improves it.

I'd really like to see an option to not display the Chat Disclaimer every single time you go into the chat. How about setting a cookie so that it only shows the disclaimer once a week (set by the admin) and/or only when the disclaimer has been changed? Thanks for your consideration. ..Al

Just read the blog post -- very exciting. I think that as it becomes possible to receive notifications for more and more things, showing a popup for each notification will become cumbersome and messy. I just thought of an idea that might make things look more streamlined and a bit more Facebook-esque. IP.Board already displays a number inside a small green box on top of the profile picture in the top right for new PMs. My idea is to instead display the number of new notifications here (thus including PMs in new notifications). Hi some of other forum script has this good function that admin could move/remove/pin..etc on search results So if we search all posts of some members and we want to remove some of his posts, we don't need to click into thread and then remove, we could simply pick threads on search results and do a mass management..etc

Hello IPB Community and makers of IPB. I'm fan of IP 3.X.X when it first came out in June 2009. Now six month later I still don't see much information on how you go about understanding IP's programs and add-ons that much. I have learned much of what I know by of course knowing about some programming and asking questions which is fine. But their needs to be more information out from IP. So... Were at 3.0.5 and im surprised that i have to keep putting the restrictions every single time per member... I mean, its getting annoying, i got a big board and many different types of admins. Id prefer if i can save these permissions as a group or something. IPS, you think you could get this feature for the future versions?

I find myself on this forum, and needing a quick way to get to the client area. As I stupidly delete the files after I use them, and always need a fresh set. Would it be too much trouble to add "Client Area" to the userlink dropdown? It would make my day easier :)

I think the Hide Last Post Info should be group based. I love the feature but it sucks having my leaders and clan members still see the "Protected Forum" instead of all the messages.

Hello! I would like to suggest to remove the ability for moderators to edit poll results (the vote count). Either to remove the ability or at least let the admin choose if it is enabled or not when assigning a moderator. Why was such ability implemented in the first place anyway?!
