I did but it's already been over an hour and I have an advertising campaign going on now, I'm losing money as we speak. However: it is partly my fault for not submitting the ticket sooner; I just expected Invision to reply sooner.

The only problem I've had with the service so far is the support. I have a ticket that needs to be dealt with immediately but you guys don't open until 9AM.
