I'm really confused by the official skins. Is Cleancut an actual skin now, or is it still in development? I have a version of it on my board but discovered it is not compatible with IE.Mobile skin? Announced it coming soon about 3 or 4 months ago???

My head keeps spinning with IP3. It seems almost everything is in beta from what I can see. Lots of announcements but little in the way of finished product. If we expect skinners to pump out finished products (i.e the skin challenge) can't we get the official products launched?
