Hi, I'm migrating a Joomla/phpBB3 site to invision board. I've successfully migrated phpbb3 forum to 3.4.8, and joomla too (convert with joomla is not working as I expected). Then I've upgraded to 4.0.6, and then to 4.0.7 to find out that attachments does not appear on the forum. Also url's are not shown properly, I see the url between bbocode, seems that it's not being replaced. I've started the background processes (since some of them supposed to solve this problems). It's being running three hours, and speed is ugly, I'm using a digital ocean droplet with 64 Gb or RAM and 20 processors. Running a cron job (crontab or command line) does nothing. The inline_notifications table corrupts itself and any attempt to repair it fails (through both the ACP and phpmyadmin). I tried to use myisamchk to repair it in safe mode but that didn't work either.

Every time I add a page I've get the same block (Recent Images) - on top of my pages. Also the Forum Statistics is at the bottom. If I click "X" they are still there- when I reload the pages. How do I remove those blocks?

Hello, I try to update to the IPB4 and I follow all the steps until the confirmation but then after 30 minutes I try to click on button to confirm and now give me this error: session_start(): open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_i2cdgr7bdp9bk9v5cor219a7q6, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) How can I create a new session_start? Hello everybody. I have a strange problem on my forum. I also bought the downloads extension and now when i upload a big file, it works, but then the downloadfile is like 100 times smaller and always corrupted. Example: I upload a 700mb file, it shows then 5,6mb on downloads page and is corrupted. even though it says successfully uploaded. Is that a new bug or some wrong settings ? compression ? cheers,

Hi, I've found a problem when I use a different language than the original language in ACP... The problem is that when using a different language all the icons or small graphs next to the main lateral menu dissapears... Is it happening the same to others who have installed other languages than the original one? some users who has installed the language has told me they also have the same problme... How have you solved this? Look at the image...

I want a usergroup to not post any formation (guest usergroup). How can I disable the editor and just show a plain text area. Disabling the view of every button is a mess and the usergroup can still paste formated text. Also they can use BBCode tags because the editor converts them too.

Is there a way to move pages from one content database to another? I can change topics within a database but don't see where/how I can move to another database. I am thinking the only way to move databases is by re-creating the page in another database.

I just recently upgraded our forum to the latest version. I am getting reports of users not being able to log in after registering and when I go to the members tap in the admincp and click the Members icon I get the message "A configuration Error or Server Error Has Occurred. ! I don't know if anyone has this consistent issue, but I have been unable to access my FTP through FileZilla or any other another FTP I downloaded. The connection keeps 'timing out', and I'm not entirely sure why. I keep adding the information into my FTP (host, username and password) and it routinely fails. Not sure if its something on my end (though I seem to be able to use the very annoying Browser-Based FTP where you can upload a single file at a time... man that was annoying...). I want to be able to update my board, but taking two hours to manually trapse through files and folders because the FTP won't connect is impractical, especially considering the frequency of t…
