Although I have a "Grade B" from Gtmetrix the forum is very slow. Also today it shows the error "This comment can no longer be edited. It may have been moved or deleted, or too much time may have passed since it was posted for it to be edited." In which direction should we investigate?

Howdy, After the most recent update, the forum I'm an admin of hasn't been allowing some users to attach files to forum messages. Did something change with the group setting priorities? Any troubleshooting help or advice would be great.

Hello So i am getting a 404 on my forum. I cant even login to my site Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello! Faced a problem. There was a thread with a completed poll that I decided to add a new poll to. A new poll was added, but those who took part in the old one could not vote in it. At the same time, the topic could not be edited, because the first message in it does not belong to the author of the topic. I created a new poll thread, moving posts from the old one. Then he added two new items to the survey. And now I can't edit this thread again because the first post in this thread is not mine. How can I solve this problem?

Letters stopped coming when complaining about the post. I'm subscribed to them. The rest of the emails from the forum are coming. I didn't change the settings. This seems to have happened after upgrading to 4.7.6(5). What could be the problem?

Hi, In commerce, a support ticket having supporter assigned get the association lost upon reply. This is unwanted behavior as association should be removed manually, not cleared upon first reply.

I added a couple of new tags (System > Settings > Posting > Tags) but I can't seem to move them "up" so that the tag menu is alphabetized. Where can I go to do this? Is there some *.ini or Settings file which contains the tags? (I have tried to look for such a file, but not found so far.) Also, the cursor cannot be placed into the Defined Tags display anywhere but at the end. Free cursor placement would enable adding a tag alphabetically.

I'm not sure since when, probably since a recent version, when loading my site I've noticed intermittent large server response delays for the first byte. The period of these delays requests is about 6 minutes, sometimes 10-12 minutes. With such a delay, I half-hear a server response after a second and a half, and sometimes, but less often, more than 10 seconds. Typical first byte time for my site is in the 20-80 millisecond range. I checked a lot of things but didn't find a solution. I asked my host support for assistance, and they were able to record one such delaying request. Hello. I came across a strange occurrence today. A member purchased one of our premium membership packages. I received a message from them stating that even though they had made the purchase, their account was still a standard account. After investigating there account had not been automatically added to the appropriate user groups as per the subscription setup. Below are the current settings of the premium product. It is set so that upon purchase, the user is moved to the primary user group of Premium Silver. They are then added to the secondary user groups of Members & Marketplace enabled. I haven't really used support to much in awhile because I've been on an older version of IPS that isn't supported. However, I remember I used to pay for priority support and had an area in the "client area" where I could create support tickets. It was my understanding that the same (or similar) support was still available with the only difference being that now it has moved to the forums. ?? Looks like something on our forum has changed recently where including an email address in a post or private message causes it to become concealed as *****@****.tld instead of the email address. I've looked through as many areas as I can think of, but can't find the spot for changing this setting. Any pointers?

My site is currently being hit with a deluge of spam, despite the fact I use keyCAPTCHA and have all the Spam Defense turned on. All the spammers are passing with a Spam Score of 1. Anyone else having a similar issue?

it seems as far as my setup goes moderators accounts can use the tag prefix feature but admin account can not have checked permissions etc but still no joy so the question is is it just my set up or is it maybe a invision wide restriction ? or maybe am missing something obvious? anyone confirm/advise/explain ? thanks

I have set up a limit of 300kb per image in the forum. I set that limit for all the groups allowed to post except the admins, who have a 500 kb (but I am the only admin so it is not an issue). I noticed that, in the upload folder, some files uploaded are way bigger and I suspect they are uploaded to the forum. Is there a way to also limit the file size in the forum? If not, is there a way to add a setting or even a plugin that will resize the files as needed if something too large was uploaded?

In the Menu Manager tab of the AdminCP, it shows our menu how we configured it; however, it is all blank... It looks like this for all sections. We are upgraded to the latest version of Invision and there are now errors pertaining to this in the logs. Any solutions?
