Just wondering if there is a way to show all hidden topics on a board or within a specific sub-forum? We removed a user with a long history and accidentally ticked the "hide topics" checkbox in the process. All their posts show up as Guest now which is fine, but I'd like a quick way of showing all hidden topics so that I can reactivate them.

I searched and couldn't find a topic covering this, though I think I've seen one before. Some of my users are reporting that they regularly get double notifications of some common (and old) topics. This isn't a result of a user quoting them or mentioning them; they just "follow" the topic and get the notification when someone replies. Here's what one looks like: You can see there that "djake" replied, and this user got two notifications with the same timestamp. I looked in core_follow and don't see anything out of whack - the one user has one entry in the table for this particular topic. I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas? Anyone else seen th…

Hello ! I don't know why, after upgrading to version 4.2, there are a few topics where my board's members posts must now be approved by moderators... while they can post elsewhere without restrictions. Is this a new option or a bug ? If it's an option, where can I find it ? (I searched and didn't find...) Thank you !

The stream starts from the beginning of the month. Is there anyway to stream actual upcoming events in the stream?? Today is August 8th, and when you go to stream, you have to scroll down to get today's events.

I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but I would like to set different blocks to be displayed for different forums. E.g. News forum might show a poll, whereas a different forum might show something else. Is this possible?

I connected my account with Facebook acount because I want to use Social media promotion. But I don't understand this: What Facebook permisison? How? Where? When I click on Grant Facebook Permissions I get this: Button Sign in with Facebook doesn't have any sense in this case, when I click on this, it only disappears and nothing more.

That says I should have a section in the ModCP called "Deleted Content". My modcp shows no such thing. I've properly (I believe) set my setting to 18 days here: So what else is there to set/change? Why isn't the thing showing up in my ModCP? I just deleted some posts, and I'm not sure where they are. They're still in the database, with a "-2" value in the "queued" column.

I really like how you can vote up and down questions using the questions layout of forums. I am looking for something similar to that but instead of questions, it would be one for Ideas and Requests. Where a member can post an idea/request and other members can comment on it and vote up and down that idea. How do I get that accomplished? Right now I am just using the questions forum but the wording is very confusing to users because these are not questions they are asking, they are recommendations.

Hello ! I decided to create a mirror board for tests (upgrade, modification,..) : - I created a new account on my server using WHM and I used ssh to scp all the files from my account to the mirror/test account. - As for the database, I used mysqldump and mysql, under ssh too. The problem is I forgot to worry about permissions and I ended up with nearly all files in the new account's directory belonging to root. I used chown command to change this... I also edited configuration in the ACP (cron, datastorage) and other files (.htaccess, global-conf.php) and uploaded a new constants.php to the server. Then I decided to clear the cache because a …

Hello, I'm try to update from 4.2 version to 4.2.1 using interactive procedure step by step. At step 4 I have the follow message: Manual action required There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance. Now, I downloaded update manually and uploaded to web server (inside ips_fb6b6 there are two folders 'applications' and 'system'). Is that the correct procedure? because IPS don't releave the new version and always says there are 4.2.1 update available to do. Thank You

Hey all, Is there any way to add more services to the upload menu (see attachment)? Such as Google Photos? We've found a possible workaround to the 200 error when uploading from mobile. On iOS, if you enable Dropbox as a storage device, you can upload from there & it works (in limited testing) with files that fail otherwise. It would be nice if we could add more services, such as Google Photos (since it's so popular). So far I can't find any reference to that menu in the ACP anywhere. Is it customizable at all?
