I have my Gallery images stored on S3. They were originally on my server, some years ago but I migrated over. I suspect that there are a considerable number of images saved on S3 that are no longer actually in the Gallery. I'm not sure why this would be, but even taking the different sizes into account, the numbers don't add up. Is there a way that unwanted/unused/orphaned images can be identified and removed? Doing this could potentially save me a bit of cash.

Could someone check using the default theme if the theme selector menu at the bottom of the forum works with Windows 11 ? Been to a few forums and the theme selector menu does not work on the default theme, just wanted to check before looking for for issues unrelated to the forum software. (custom themes seem to work ok.) using windows 11 and edge browser. Thank you

We moved from a dedicated server to the IPS cloud hosting, our forums not the busiest yet members are now complaining that its slow and hangs, sometimes the header doesnt load and sometimes the page half loads, hangs and then after a second or so the rest loads, quite a lot of members (most) have said its slow on the new server and hangs Can IPS take a looks as its quite bad compared to the old dedicated server we moved from Also second query - Piping on the email supports - is this all pre-set up ?

Hi. I just installed Invision again after many years not using it (great piece of software!). I converted from vBulletin. Here's the thing--I can log in on one computer, but not on another computer. I use the same credentials on each, of course. On the computer in question, I get this error: Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: 2S119/1 I believe other users are getting that error on their computers, too. A Google search suggests I should submit a trouble ticket, but I thought I'd post here as well. I updated the settings in the AdminCP to allow clubs to be created by each of my user groups (including the one I belong to) and no one can see how to add a club once logged into the forums. Do I have to do something to present the option on the front end?

Hi guys, In the get support admin section I see that I have 12 third party customizations: - Customized Editor - 11 ads I do not remember customizing the Editor to be honest, except some emoticons maybe. Also I'm not sure what 11 ads means. I have the option to disable these customizations. But if I disable will they be kept and I can enable again? Also how exactly I can know where these customizations are, so I can go and check if they are still relevant. I'm using IPS for many years and I do not remember at all what I have customized and where.

Hi guys, I did the upgrade from 4.3 to 4.6.7 yesterday and I keep checking different items in the admin panel to ensure all is ok. One of the things I noticed is that during the upgrade the Systems Logs in the admin panel grew with like 130+ pages. Seems most of these are: template_error and uncaught_exception. Is this normal? Anything I should do about it? All seems to be working find with the community so far (except some images in posts that do not load for ome reason). Or could this be because of people trying to access the software until I do the upgrade maybe?

Hi there, I got a couple of questions for the official gallery plugin The sale page says that videos are supported however on the demo version it doesn't look like that you can? Can we actually upload videos and if so what formats are supported? While we are at it what image formats are supported? If I were to use Amazons S3 can the links be disabled from being accessed from outside the forum? My renewal date is coming up next month (for forums, commerce, etc) will I be charged the full amount again for a renewal or will it be a prorated amount? Thanks for your time and help!

Recently, I moved the install from the test location to the new location, but it seems style elements in the default theme are still pointing to the test URL. The license is fine, I've got that set, but the issue I run into now is that the style is broken. I have updated the URL in the config.php file already as well. Appreciate any help!

Hey everyone. I tried everything I could think of within my tech limit. Normally I'd like to create a support ticket first, but I need to get this resolved ASAP before hosting jumps in (was given 3 days to sort, and today is day 2 or 3). My SQL Databases are allowed up to 1,000 MB per Database. I am at 1,391 MB for my forums database, and most of this is due to forums_posts, which is 712.7MB (next closest is core_achievements_log at 147.8 MB). I setup archiving in a remote database, thinking it would take care of the issue. It's supposed to archive 64% of posts with the parameters I set, but only 8.1 MB moved the remote database. I am trying to convert a vbulletin forum to ipb and everything is fine, I can convert the smileys and attachments but not the avatars. Path is correct but avatars are not converted. Instead of avatars it converts my user photos. What can I do to understand what the problem is?

I've noticed some odd behavior after the last few updates. 1. If a file needs to be approved, its held for moderation. Before its approved I can no longer get to the update screen/section if I need to add or change a screenshot. I get an error that I don't have the permissions. I now need to approve it, edit it, and then approve the new version. I've checked permissions and settings, disabled apps and plugins, but am hitting a brick wall on why this is happening. I read through this article: Looks good - several items from Invision to have the option of pushing over with your Zap.
