I have been having trouble with loads of bot signups, seemingly through a script method (despite having captcha enabled) so I am adding some Q&A challenges. Do I have to add No and no as answers or is it not case sensitive? Thanks.

I upgraded my website to 4.6.8 and after it finishing updateing my main page is pure white. Not sure how to fix this issue. It was working before the update so I'm just ????. The log files on the server doesn't show anything is wrong so I'm still just hmmmm, not sure.

^ Example member. Their custom member title used to be what it displays, "Head Forum Moderator", however it should say "Elite Member" because she is a VIP and no longer a moderator, but it refuses to update. ^ Even when I disable the achievement system and make sure the Member Title has no value, the old title remains. I temporarily removed her VIP status to see if it would switch to her current rank of "Community Leader" via achievements, no update. This is happening site wide.

I have 3 subscription tiers: Bronze - $10/yr Silver - $20/yr Gold - $5/mo Some of my members want to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, however there is no Upgrade Button for them. Silver and Gold subscribers have that button to upgrade/downgrade. But for some strange reason, the Bronze level doesn't have that option. I don't remember it being a problem before I upgraded to Version 4.6.8. I used to open support tickets in the ACP, but that seems to direct me here. So I'm not sure what you need from me to make your assistance easier. Thanks!

Hey guys, I am attempting to request records from a DB at the follow API end point. api/cms/records/{database_id} I am making this request using a valid API key and the request returns as expected. However, I find that the first request will return in ~1100 ms and then fall down to a stead 200ms per request. Users and other applications are pushing updates to these records. However when I request the records I get an accurate return maybe once every minute, every other request returns the exact same information despite the records being updated. (Confirmed this by viewing the database page. Refreshing the page shows the updated records but the API request does not…

I tried to upgrade from Beta 1 and it has a strange behaviour : - upgrade start, downloads and extracts the files then says manual action required, go to client area to download - when I download the Beta 2 files from client area and apply them, I click on Continue, nothing happens - I go then to /admin/upgrade it says 'There are no applications available to upgrade' - back to AdminCP Support, it complains that some files were modified (yes, the ones I uploaded because instructed to do so) - download the 'unmodified' files and apply them and I am back to Beta 1... Done this a dozen times on my test site. Something is wrong with this up…
