I have 3 subscription tiers:
Some of my members want to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, however there is no Upgrade Button for them. Silver and Gold subscribers have that button to upgrade/downgrade. But for some strange reason, the Bronze level doesn't have that option. I don't remember it being a problem before I upgraded to Version 4.6.8.
I used to open support tickets in the ACP, but that seems to direct me here. So I'm not sure what you need from me to make your assistance easier.
Please update your access details on file, and we can take a look at that for you to see what is happening.
