Is it possible to set our entire forum to show all category boards in the toggled mode? Currently, they look like this: Each user can click the toggle close arrow on the right and make the category appear this way: I'd like the forum front page to keep all categories permanently toggled, showing a description for each category. To access the sub-boards, I'd like members to have to click into the category to see only the sub-boards in there. Is that possible? Thanks!

Hi, I don't know if the platform has already this function, hence me asking here in the support forum. If that isn't the case, please kindly move this topic to the suggestions forum. Here in our website we have comments enabled for articles databases in Pages, with the option to store those comments in topics in a specific forum. The first post of the comment topic is created based on a theme template. If we change this template, then we need to click to edit the article and save it, so the system will update the topic's first post. The problem is that we have over 3,000 topics that need to be updated, and clicking on each one to edit + save is too tim…

I have auto renewals for supporting membership packages and customers are being charged twice except the duplicate is only in Stripe, not in IPB. Only one transaction ID matches up with the invoice (and only one invoice is created in IPB). This leads me to having to refund the additional (non-linked) transaction within Stripe.

Hi so recently we've been having an issue. Some of our blogs we have as RSS imports. Usually announcements from our Steam pages, or other things we really would like to automatically import into our forum. The only issue... is that for RSS imports, there are a lot of missing pieces of content that traditionally would be added to a normal blog entry. Things like banner images, and other things (especially in grid view) look really awkward when missing... and there is currently no good looking method for RSS imports with blogs that aren't all missing banners and pictures for grid view. Hi, I transferred graphics to Amazon S3. Background tasks completed successfully, but not all graphics changed the URL. In Pages app, article graphics have an old URL. Is there a tool to rebuild graphics from records in the Pages database?

Hello, around 3 hours ago I upgraded my hosting plan because I have a developer I hired who made me a custom application waiting to implement the changes to my forum. In order to use custom made applications I needed to pay the higher hosting plan, which I did, but I really need the changes to be made, and it's still not letting him add the custom application. Hello Invision, Thank you for the reminder email you sent (with subject: A reminder on support changes") Can you please clarify how we can contact your support team/community moving forward? We used to be able to send a support ticket by clicking the Support button. Here's a screenshot. I tested it today and nothing happens when I click on the button. Why is support changed in this way? Should i ask for technical support in the board now while the prices were rising this year? I do have a technical problem and it would be expected to get this fixed not using the board but directly from the ips admins

Hi. I love IPS. We use it for a lot of our communities. However we're getting to a point where having multiple communities running simultaneous copies of IPS is getting overwhelming. I'd really prefer if there was a way to have a single universal version of IPS, and then each domain has its own subcommunity in a single universal IPS install. I'm not sure if this is possible. Pretty sure it isn't, but if possible... it would be a great feature to have. Hi, The message below was received by a member, can you please let me know how best to help them? Thank you -------------------------- Lately on occasion when I click on 'submit' the submit button will gray out and change to 'saving'. Then after several minutes it will return to showing 'submit' with its normal appearance (no longer grayed out), but the post will not have been submitted. Clicking again on the submit button has no further affect. The last time this happened I clicked on the 'log out' under my user name and after a brief delay a screen came up with a "Error code: 2S119/1" in the lower right corner. Not sure…
