Members of a group can still see forum

I have created a group called VIP members. I have set this so that VIP members CAN see only 1 forum.

However on testing this, the members of this group can see ALL forums.

How do I fix this?

Do the members have any secondary groups? if so they may be giving them access to the other forums.

When testing members on your community with just the VIP group, I am only seeing the forums which you have specified in their permissions. However, according to the groups set on users with multiple, I am seeing all which is expected.
