An error occurred (500 Error)

Hi there! 

Can't understand why I can't create tickets anymore (it says service expired, but I renewed as always).

Anyway, this is critical, my forum is offline now.

From one moment to another it started to show "An error occurred (500 Error)"

Still can access admincp, and see a lot of system errors:

 

 

 

 

What can it be and how I can run again the forum?

HI,

I have disabled the 'Enable template disk caching' setting on your site, it seems that there may be an issue writing or reading these files on disk.

This has brought your community back online.

I found in Error log, IP from Romania, with over 8000 records in about 2 hours, with that

And now how can I switch that feature on again? Because when I do it, I receive again 500 error

Likely one of these cache templates were corrupted or otherwise missing. You will want to check to see if your server went over it's disk quota during this issue.

I have removed the old cache templates so new ones will generate when you enable it again. However, if you are going over a storage disk quota, I would not advise enabling it till you get that resolved.

no, it's not about disk quota. 

hosting provider had some connections problems, maybe because of that?

eventually, next time how can I do that? to remove cache templates

As you can get into the admin CP, the simplest way to do this is to disable an application in System>Site Features>Applications, then reenable it. That will rebuild those
