I was logged into my ACP earlier and saw a notice that there were issues with my database. After clicking the 'Fix this' button and waiting for a while, my forums stopped loading properly, as you can see here. When I'm logged in as an admin, I can see the following error on the forums:

Hello. I have a question about changing the date format on the profile on my birthday. Currently, only there is a date format: YYYY-MM-DD and I would like it to look the other way around: DD-MM-YYYY. How can this be done, gentlemen and ladies?

After apply patch - upgrade finds unmodified files in Application and System. After downloading and uploading, a critical error occurs. Attempting to download the full 4.6.10 package from client area - again failure Site is in Upgrade mode. I recovered from backup files and database and then stopped the upgrade. Please, check out this new patch that exists for everyone in the ACP.

I am currently trying to mass prune members currently (we've got a lot of spammer accounts a few days ago) and the prune function doesn't seem to be working reliably. I have about 2000 users to prune, and it'll get through a handful... and then just stop. Any ideas why this could be happening?

I've seen this happen a few times on the blog entry... in Unread Content, it says it's a new blog from Matt when it was really someone replying to the blog post. (In the case from below it was Rikki posting.) The full activity stream was correct... but unread content was not.

Hello Support... This thread stems from my questions/issues in the CSRF protection key thread. I'm not seeing that error/response any more, but users going to my home page are greeted with a "The page you requested does not exist". I am able to duplicate the problem as well as I am unable to edit the page/blocks using page manager. New users to my site are greeted with this: Users are able to register, login, and navigate the site via the other tabs. However, my home page is blank and this causes confusion. After a few hours of searching, I can't find an exact answer - but I have seen it asked several times... For a custom advertisement, the help guide and posts that just quote the help guide aren't clear. What should go in the custom key location if the key is test as an example? Then on a page, or block, where and in what context do I add {advertisement="test"}? I've tried a number of things and cannot get anything to display other than that text. Is there anyone that can provide a simple explanation? I am not an coder, but it sounds like the guide doesn't expect us to be... I'm just not doing something right. Anyone?

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to do thia. *** Charge a renewal price lower than the initial price *** I see that in IPS marketplace the renewal invoices are always pending and will never be charged automatically on my PayPal account. I will have to pay them manually. How can that be done? I mean, how can I disable automatic renewal payments. The invoice would be generated, then a reminder email would be sent to the member and he'd decide if he pays the invoice or not until the invoice expires. At the moment, my renewals are processed automatically. I know there is an issue with Commerce that prevents the system to use renewal prices …

Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible to create a quick sign-up form independent from the registration from. I mean..I am selling a membership, so I need members to fill in certain fields. However, I want to offer a free download. I don't want members to enter first and last name, email, etc. The sign-up form has to be simple or they will probably stay out without filling the form. I want a quick email field that will send a confirmation email. Once confirmed they will be moved to the free user group. Is that possible? Can a full registration be also compatible with a quick registration? Thanks
