I am trying to setup my new forum and I think i am locked out of my domain and cannot access the ADMINCP.

As mentioned in the response to your ticket, fff the problem is persisting, it can only be because the password being used is incorrect. Please reset your password using the lost password form at /lostpassword/ on your site, then try again. Make sure you are entering your site password (details for your own site including front end) and not your client area password (the details you use to log into our billing area for example)
