Marc Stridgen Posted February 23, 2022 Share Posted February 23, 2022 As mentioned in the response to your ticket, fff the problem is persisting, it can only be because the password being used is incorrect. Please reset your password using the lost password form at /lostpassword/ on your site, then try again. Make sure you are entering your site password (details for your own site including front end) and not your client area password (the details you use to log into our billing area for example) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
