  1. I had run into issues attempting to upgrade to PHP 8 as required by the latest versions of Invision and kept putting the issue off until I had time to research what to do and how to do it. Sadly, that time never came. Enter Terabyte. Working with him was painless; Very responsive, thorough, kept me apprised of everything throughout, and even proactively corrected a few things in our original implementation that I didn't realize were suboptimal. I will not hesitate to use him again.
  2. Oops, sorry for misspelling your name Marc!
  3. Is there a way to see a report of storage usage by each user? That information is available in a user's profile page in the Admin CP, but I am looking for a report that pulls this information together in one view to help me determine appropriate storage limits for each user group based on historical data. Thanks, John
  4. Thanks for saving me the hassle of doing this manually. I'll try again tomorrow.
  5. Thanks Matt. I've seen mentions of that but those responses for when the error was thrown in step 4. In September someone else also reported this issue on Step 2 (initial authentication step) and you did something on the backend to address. Will you please confirm that's not the case here before I invest the time to do this manually? It seems odd that this worked last week on the test environment which is on the same server. Thanks, John
  6. I updated my test environment to 4.6.11 last week with no issues, but when trying that now in my production environment, I get the "Manual action Required" error message on step 2. I've done a search and it looks like you typically need to fix this on the backend when it occurs. Is that the case here? Thanks, John
  7. @Marc StridgenI've done a partial update of my access details. If you need more, please let me know and I'll look into getting those creds and urls. BTW I just updated my test site to v4.6.11 and tried again. Same result. Thanks, John
  8. Below is the post on my forum. As mentioned, the others are on my test environment, but that is turned off to the public. https://usa7s.net/ips/topic/13654-sandblast-rally-this-past-weekend-2022-video/ Thanks, Joh
  9. I just ran across this same issue when someone attempted to upload a .MOV file to my forum. It shows as a link in the post and when clicked, it returns the " Sorry! We could not locate the item you are trying to view." error shown earlier. Troubleshooting on my test environment just now worked correctly for the first attempt, but all subsequent attempts (including retrying the same file that worked initially) fail. My production and test environments are both on v4.6.10. Our only nonstandard feature is Community Map. Any ideas? -John
  10. I just learned that my forum test instance, which is a copy of the production forum taken a few months ago, is sending out renewal invoices to subscribers whose subscriptions are about to end. This is confusing for my users since most of these people received an initial invoice from the production site and have already paid. Is there a way to turn off the invoice renewal feature on my test instance or do I need to remove the subscription plan from that instance? Thanks, John
  11. Thanks, I figured it would be blatantly obvious, but I couldn't find it in the Admin CP or when doing a search. Probably should have tried it after having coffee rather than before 😉
  12. Dumb question time. I was planning to do the update to the latest software today but after dismissing the alert at the top of the page that includes the button to start the update process, I realize that I can't find direct access to that interface from within the Admin CP. Where is that located, or how do I trigger that alert banner again (and the button) without waiting for it to reappear tomorrow? Thanks, John
