Dear All, Since latest update to version 4.6.9 we have noticed problems with page indexing in google. I see in google console that - since 15 December just right after upgrade - 158 pages were blocked due to robots file. At the beginning we ignore that but recently received next notification that page indexed with no content... Then I started to look for a problem and in logs in CP I have found board started to generate system log file with some errors after update as you can see below. All logs contain same error. I recently updated the price of a subscription, requiring me to cancel all current PayPal subscriptions so that the new prices could be charged. This has resulted in confusion caused by apparent duplicate active subscriptions or subscriptions that show as being active after the expiry dates. Duplicates and expired showing as active Expired Subscription (PayPal subscription cancelled by me on 9 Jan, expired for the customer on 20 Jan, still showing as active.) Please can a staff member take a look at this?

I made a page. I have the Post feed embeded in page, as well a list of circles. When post feed is set to display last 5 posts, works fine, but when I set it to 30 posts, it get really wide, outside my screen. Help appreciated.

Hi, I'm trying to make a self-maded french translation of the Invision Community strings. For the moment I've translated ~5900 strings (that makes only near 30% of the total number of strings to translate... 😅). I work in a sandbox -TESTINSTALL community instance in order to avoid being polluted by plugins and any other third party application. So when I want to test it in my main community, I try an export from the development sandbox and an import into the main community... Good day, I am trying to do something with the subscriptions but I can't see how to do it. Is it possible to create a subscription with renewals that will grant members access to a specific forum or forums? Or even downloading files? I've created a test subscription but I cant see any option to do that when creating/editing it. Thanks a lot

Are there any settings that control logging out? I have several members complaining that they are being logged out after random periods of inactivity. It's not from clearing cookies or anything, they leave the forum up on the screen and walk away...when they come back, they are logged out! I cannot reproduce but I have enough complaints to worry me!

Hi I'm planning to put my forum as a grid view, so I have all the images in place, and then realised that Unread topics are not marked in bold(I have a dot as a default option of course) but when I'm changing to traditional view everything works as normal . As well in the Grid view even when I can see the dot and then go to the forum to see which subject is highlighted- nothing? Traditional view- no problem??? Its simply not possible to guess which topic/ subforum should I check. Any ideas, or Im simply missing something.... And yes, testing done on Default Theme.

I'm running into an issue where every time I complete an upgrade, the hidpi icons in the CKEditor reset to their default images. The strange thing about it is that if I open the CKEditor on my site (replying to a post for example) and I use the browser's inspector to see where each button in the editor is getting its icon, it show me that all icons are still coming from the normal location: root/applications/interface/ckeditor/ckeditor/plugins/icons_hidpi.png But when I open Filezilla and navigate to that location, and open that file, I see my custom version of the icons_hidpi.png file that I uploaded. Hey, since the last update I'm running into issues that the mariadb server is running on 100% CPU for a long time. Everytime this happens I see the following multiple queries in the SQL Processlist. Hey there, I'm facing issues with my community showing the following when trying to enter admincp. For the main page only shows a 500 error, however I can't really figure out how to fix this since there's no actual log files inside upload/logs, even the folder has 0777 permissions. To add more context this seem to happen when I clicked save in the Files advanced config when selecting AWS (sync seemed to be dead and just clicked save to try to refresh the process).

Thanks in advance for your time! I manage a basic website for a local beekeeping club. Each year we have a bee course. For each course I create a Download category (Class2022) for the course PPT files. I also create a group (Group2022) and add each student to the group. I assign the group permissions to the category. When I use a test user account with the user as a member of the group (Group2022), I cannot see the Download menu on the website. It's nice to offer social logins as they minimize the friction of signing up, but by doing so the site doesn't collect a password from the member. This can be problematic if the social media site goes down or the site loses access to the API. If a member can't login they could very well not return. Accounts created via social logins have the password field unavailable to set. This field only becomes available if a member clicks on the "Forget your password" as shown below, after they have created their account. My members have pointed out a huge issue with linking to a post in topics. It also seems to be happening on these forums. Linking to the post will not place the user to the correct location on the page. example intended link to post: Link expected result: actual result: This is repeatable and seemingly will give different results and only sometimes will link directly to the post.

Ok I've done it in the past about 5 years ago but the IPS software has changed since I did it last. I was able to create a email I could send out to my vendor with the full invoice parts, part numbers, and quantities. Then my vendor will box it up and drop ship for me. My problem is I've lost my old template from way back when. Basically I want to take and use the product notification and send a email invoice to my vendor with the stuff the customer is wanting to buy. So take this which does me zero good... Hi, I've noticed on my community that random accounts are being automatically changed via group promotion. The only setting I've enabled is yearly. So, when a user has been on the site more than 365 days, they are moved into the next group and so on. Yet, recent accounts as early as Dec are being changed into 5 years on the site, for no reason. This has only started to happen since the end of Jan. I'm on 4.6.8, but I don't see any release notes to this issue. After I cleared the cache in the acp I got on all forum topics the message Sorry, there is a problem The page you requested does not exist Error code: 1S160/2 Pages content is still there. In the forum view the topics are all showing and no error or system log entry. In the database the post content is still existing. Any idea? Thanks.
