Is there anywhere I can obtain the latest default language pack?

I am bug finding, and want to rule out any issues with the languages. Also, if one was the install a new default language pack again on a board with existing apps/plugins, would this affect any of the existing apps and plugins, or would they need to be reinstalled to allow the language pack edits relating to the app/plugin?

To create a new language based off of the default language that comes with our software, you would simply create a new language in ACP -> Customization -> Languages. It will be based off of the default language. This won't impact any existing third party applications/plugins other than their language string getting reverted to their defaults as well.
