Ran into this exception today when I tried to Export Ranks in the ACP. My core_member_ranks table doesn't have a 'posts' column. I am using a DEV install and I think I am on the February release (haven't upgraded to March yet).

Hello, I uninstalled Nexus (Marketplace) but didn't mean to. I went to try and reinstalled it as usually it uninstall on the bottom of the Applications list, but now I see it to be totally remove and no option to restore it is there. How can I restore it or readd it within this new inforsturctior of IPB now? The, "Applications not currently installed" are doesn't have it there I'm running 4.6.11,

We recently upgraded to version 4.6.11 in our test site - https://stage.npnparents.org. We need to upgrade several apps/plugins. When I go to https://stage.npnparents.org/admin/?app=core&module=marketplace&controller=onboard, click on an app, and and click on "Sign in to Marketplace", I get an error after inputting my email address and password: There was an error authenticating with the Marketplace. Please try again later or contact technical support for assistance. Please advise. Thank you.

Is there a way to change the Invoicing numbers? For example, in my meatspace business, each year starts out with the year then a number of choosing where to start. For example; 2022100 the next invoice would be 2022101 and so on. Next year I want to reset the numbering to reflect that year; 2023100, 2023101etc... I have looked around the ACP and can see no way to change it. Thanks.

When you use this widget, and if you do a html5 validation test, you will notice this test report issue . The solution that I implemented in my live site and works correctly is - in a template core_front_widgets / guestSignUp find: <p class="ipsType_richText ipsType_contained"> {$text|raw} </p> and remove </p> For me - this widget works correctly and test validation html5 does not take into account the issue.

I am using the latest version of IPB, and have my board set to allow guests to report posts. What appears to be spambots have been submitting spam via guest reports, and they have been blocked in my ban settings with 198.144.159.* The problem is that I am still getting reports from IP addresses within this subnet that should be blocked. How are they able to bypass the ban setting block on them, and still submit spam using the report post feature? I believe there may be a bug in your system that allows this.

So I need help with setting up the whole application part for my forums website. Ive asked some people around that have websites from you guys and they dont want to help. Hello, On our site we have several forums with disabled Users can see topics posted by other users? setting: That way users without specific rules and guests should not see posts in those sections. That usually works, but especially with new posts, they sometimes see posts in the widget that they should not be able to see. Maybe it is some caching issue in IPB.

I'm trying to configure my storage method with Amazon S3. I followed the Invision Community guide, but I getting an error "There appears to be a problem with your Amazon (bucket-name) file storage settings which can cause problems with uploads. A connection could not be established to the Amazon S3 server. Update your settings and then check and see if the problem has been resolved".

How do we reinstall a plugin or app now, since the move to Marketplace integration with the Control Panel? Recently I have found the need to "reinstall" many of our apps and plugins after something screwed up in our latest board update. Trying to discover exactly what through official support means has been difficult at best, but I won't go into that here. But now, I can't download the files (apps and plugins) I have paid for previously because it wants me to do it from the Control Panel. Before, I could just download them and reinstall over the top. I fear uninstalling and then doing it via the new method will lose all stored data relating to that app/plugin.

The quota and code blocks in editor require remake for dark ACP mode. Otherwise they display default as in light mode what makes text inside them not visible. Easy reproduction steps is trying to reply support request, in add quota block and text inside it.

Just to note, I am after migration from IPB3 to IPB4. When I go to nexus_support_departments I can see all my departments. The screenshot above has hidden unnecessary entries, just left one pre IPB4 department and one post IPB4 department. Do you see difference? the dpt_name for department created in IPB4 already is empty but it keeps displaying in ACP/Front normally. My question is then, where department name in IPB4 is stored normally? EDIT: I actually observe same behavior for stock_actions, the name of action does not save in database but actually keeps displaying. I guess the columns may be obsolete but then where the data saves?
