Our server have been marking these emails as spam and are now getting blocked due to the large number sent. Many of our members receive this email every time they sign into their account, regardless if they seem to sign in from a new device or not. This poor guy here is inundated with these emails: To make matters worse, there is no opt out from this feature for our members. It is all or nothing. To constantly ask our members just to ignore these emails when they get them, is no longer an option for us and we now turned off this feature in ACP settings. Hello, today I have updated our forums site to v4.6.10 after the update completed and everything was working properly I had a look at one warning that was recommending me to update to php 7.4 or newer for future releases. The problem is when I update to that version, as I soon as I do that the php-gd extension stops working despite being installed same version and specifically telling php to activate it in both php.ini and php.d/20-gd.ini. Whatever I do I never get it to be started when I restart the httpd service. It never shows in phpinfo or php -m. Same thing is happening with php v8. I'm in centos 7.4 using the remi repos. When I try to do the latest upgrade, I get the message that there is an incompatible theme. I tried looking over the things they said to look at, and I didn't even know what I was looking for. Forgive my ignorance. I really am not sure what I need to ask. But I do wonder what will happen if I just go ahead with the upgrade. Will it damage the forums? I have no idea what to do. Hello I need help, after upgrade to 4.6.10 the forum in frontend suddenly showing rubbish code when I try to post a topic or reply in a topic, so I decided to revert back to 4.6.9 as I backup the Database and the files before upgrade, however the problem exists, here is the screenshot How do I fix? I have an iCalendar feed importing to the Calendar on my website. For most of the events I have, they are recurring. However, IPB always shows +1 to the recurring date on the physical calendar page, but when you actually click in on the event, it shows you the correct date. Even when I manually edit it to be correct, as soon as the iCalendar feed refreshes, it shows all the wrong repeat dates again. I have verified the iCalendar feed with other third party sites (like Google Calendar) and have proven the repeat dates import correctly there, so this is a problem specific to IPB. Hello, I have a problem on my forum with user IP addresses. IPs are completely wrong, e.g. my IP, when I look on my forum, is not correct, the same goes for other users. This issue started a couple of months ago. Another problem we are currently facing, which may or may not be related to the issue of IP, is the problem with the 520 error that sometimes occurs when we try to access the forum, this problem has started to appear recently. We are running IPS forum since 2017. and we never faced this type of issues before. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Hi there I am on CIC. I have a mod that updates a single profile field from a CSV of email/code pairs. Even when I break it down into files of 300, if a I do a few in a row I get a 403 error. Does anyone have an idea what the threshold might be or the timing of that? Like does it reset per minute or something like that? Thanks JM

Is there any way to remove the whole "personal inbox" feature via permissions, or an addon? Not useful to my community, and I don't want to be responsible for moderating content between users. I have basically cut the ability to private message as much as possible, but I'd still like to be able to easily remove the button and whole inbox feature.

I had a suspicion of this but not confirmed. Since the last upgrade (v4.6.10) , many of the heading/titles in our settings were lost. For example: But when you click into a group, the title is missing? And again: Clicking into a field: This problem caused some serious issues with some of our plugins (and themes too) which at the time I thought it was strange and fixed them up. But I now realise its AdminCP wide. Anyone else experienced this?

For the life of me I can't find any information on this. I am sure this is pretty simple. I setup a subscription service on my site. How can I tell if a user will be auto-renewed when their subscription expires? Nothing in the subscription plan shows anything that hints whether I can turn this on or off. Thanks

I have a (rarely used) store item for donations that lives as a product in my club's dues renewal category. I originally set it up as a $1 item and the member could set the quantity to establish the magnitude of their donation). I just had a member donate $35 and I just received (as did the 'notify on purchase' email address) 35 copies of the donation notification. Oops! I hope the donor didn't get 35 copies. Oog. Is there a way to either limit notifications to one per product (not quantity OF that item) or alternatively, to have a store item with an arbitrary cost?
