After yesterday's update to the software, we are now seeing this error message: [[Template core/global/editor/attachedAudio is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I've runned the support tool with no errors showing. I've changed the theme to the default theme. Nothing is changing. The theme is now the default, but all uploaded items show the error above. The files are either documents or audio files.

Hi everybody. I just took over as administrator of an old bored. Did the changeover and it looks like everything's working pretty well. One of our old guys forgot his email and password so he said a new member request. Says he has to be approved and I have no idea where to go in order to do that. Hope somebody here can help me out! Hello, we recently noticed that after deleting a user selecting the "Anonymize contributions" option results in this (for threads started by the deleted user): As you can see the "By" segment gets updated when the deletion process is executed by adding the "Guest" word before the username (which shouldn't be there), is that expected? Hello, Team support) Starting of February 23, I began to get in ACP this error "Can't connect to POP3 mail server." Task scheduled to run on "pop - Fetches and parses incoming POP3 emails" for every 10 minutes does not work. Can you help me to fix this problem. I experience strange issue, when I view my site on mobile, as not logged in member, I see cookie acceptance very often. I guess this is because of mobile IP changes often but in other sites it does not work like this. any way to fix it?

Hi. After rebuild all existing images, the thumbnail size is correct, but the size in the post remains the same. I set the thumbnail size to 800px but in the post it is still the same size. The "width" attribute is not dynamic? 😕

ips forum incorrectly reading database version. i have 10.5.13-MariaDB-1:10.5.13+maria~focal and ips reads 5.5.5-10.5.13-MariaDB-1:10.5.13+maria~focal. And I get a message While this version is compatible, we recommend version 5.6.2 or above. You may wish to contact your hosting provider or system administrator to ask for an upgrade if you are upgrading to Invision Community 4.6. I have MariaDB 10.5.13 no MySQL 5.5.5 🙂

I have a problem with the subscription feature. I have 2 subscription packages and one of my customers tried to renew it but when he clicked on the rene wal button it only let him select the other subscription package. And as one can see the screen is saying the the current subscription renews in 2019. I was able to make a approval of an other invoice and the member which payed 12 times the other subscription package can enter the system now and it is showing an other expiration date : I used to cancel expired invoices in my system since there were so many and as it seems there is a mess now. Hello, I have several issue with my forum and notification. 1. the users don't receive an email notification when they are tagged in a post. I am seeing intermittent errors when trying to create posts or add comments since I did the 6.12 upgrade. It looks like short posts are working but longer messages are causing errors. 1) I don't have any plug ins installed 2) I cleared cache in the control panel 3) I tried to use RECOVERY MODE but get this error message: 1S107/3 Before you are able to use the Admin Control Panel, you must edit 'constants.php' and remove the following line: define( 'RECOVERY_MODE', TRUE ); 4) Nothings is showing in the System Log or Error Log 5) Restored to default theme, no change Any suggestions on where to look next?

Hello, Just updated to 4.6.12 and immediately noticed a bright green message at the top of every AdminCP page that says in bright green: For me, moving to Invision Community's "cloud" is not an upgrade, unless Invision wishes to re-imburse me thousands of dollars for my server and RAID, has massive file storage and complete server customisation options. 🤔 If that is not the case, could someone be kind enough to tell me how to remove this distracting advert across the top of all my admin pages. Hi Invision, IPS.Commerce allows us to choose the country « France Metropolitan » as a customer address. This country code is « FX » in IPS.Commerce. However, when trying to make a Stripe payment with this country, there is an error: It turns out that Stripe refuses this country, as you can see in their log: Stripe error message is: => FX country code is unknown.
