  1. Hey Jim, credentials to access the admin CP have been updated, for the direct access to the files its more complicated, let me know if you need that too.
  2. Hello, we are seeing this same issue, is this going to be fixed in the next update or do we need to do something in our end?
  3. Hi there, Is there a way to change the friendly URL away from "ideas" and to a different word? If I try to edit the FURLs in the Advanced configuration section to remove the "ideas", it just appends it to whatever I submitted. Thanks!
  4. One additional question and/or feature request: It would be awesome if there was conditional logic for the tags to only show if they have been filled out. So if a user answered question X with 123 but left question Y blank the topic post template could be setup to show both if both were fully filled out?
  5. Hi there, A few questions: 1. Is there a way to take action on an answer to a question? Like if the user chooses category X as the answer to a question, it would then post the topic to subforum X? 2. Is there a way to add "sections" of questions or add some lines or more advanced formatting overall in the form itself? Thanks for the great plugin.
  6. Hi Adriano, Is there a way to change the tab title so it's not exactly the same as the assigned tag? For example, if I set a tab to show all threads with the tag "tag-xyz" but only wanted the tab to say "XYZ". Thanks!
  7. Hi there @Makoto, I purchased this and planned on using it on my forums with version 4.6.12.1 - which the description of the plugin says this supports but I am unable to download or install it. How can I go about getting this installed? Thanks.
  8. Passing this from our moderation team: It appears that when a user has been banned, the forum will no longer allow @-pinging them. It's a minor inconvenience for our moderator team (because they have frequent need to refer to them in reports and things). Of more concern, however, is that it publicly exposes a user's discipline status. When we apply any sort of discipline to a user (queueing, banning, even spam flagging), it is important that nobody but the affected user can tell that anything has happened. By design, when we ban user X, other users can't see that X is banned. However, the fact that a banned user can't be pinged anymore means that a regular user could try to ping them, find themselves unable to, and realize what's up with the user, which seems not okay to me. Is this something that can be fixed? It seems like a relatively new change to the forum; I'm pretty sure we used to be able to @-ping banned users.
  9. On mobile, when you are viewing a thread and you click on the search tool, you're redirected to the search page rather than have a search input embedded on the same topic as it does for the desktop version, this results on the "This topic" search option not displaying on mobile, it would be nice to somehow have that.
  10. Hello, we recently noticed that after deleting a user selecting the "Anonymize contributions" option results in this (for threads started by the deleted user): As you can see the "By" segment gets updated when the deletion process is executed by adding the "Guest" word before the username (which shouldn't be there), is that expected? Here is the link. Thanks in advance.
  11. Hey guys, any reason for removing the "This topic" option from the mobile version of the search module? or Is this a setting that we can adjust? Find attached a couple of screenshots. Thanks in advance for the help. Desktop: Mobile:
  12. Hello, recently we received a report about a user being unable to register on our forums, this user was getting a 2S129/1 error when he was trying to register. I took a look at the Spam Defense Logs and found out that he was being flagged as a known spammer (Level 4) on the Spam Defense service, this guy swears that he is not a spammer and that it was a mistake on our side. Anyway, after that we were wondering if we could get a little more info about how the Spam Defense system works, I suppose it uses IP and email addresses from flagged users on the different sites running Invision's software, but for instance how does it handles a partial match for an email address? or maybe a legit user using a previously flagged IP address? Thanks in advance for the help.
