Since the last update, there have been a number of user complaining that they cannot access the Message section, as it is obscured by the "close" X. This is specifically a mobile issue and does not appear to be across the board, but seems to be on some devices, mainly Apple. Here are screenshots where 2 users that have the issue One of our moderators, also mentioned that it also affects flagged posts on a phone. I know he has an iPhone, but not sure which model or OS. Any fix for this would be great.

Correct, long overdue but updated at last. (Was also waiting for skin updates Sherri, never came) So before update: removed skins / removed plugin's and other customize settings. @IPS Support, I have two paid access on my website. One paid access is set up as a monthly subscription for one month of access, which has to be manually renewed by the member after it expires. The other paid access is set up as a one-time paid access for a lifetime membership, which does not need to be renewed. When a member purchases the monthly subscription and that subscription has expired, they only have the option to renew, and the option to purchase my lifetime access is greyed out. We recently move our installation to a new server. The entire code base and database were copied across and the site appears to be working perfectly, except the quoting post feature has stopped working for some users! Highlighting text no longer pops up the 'quote' box in any posts or messages. In changing to the new server I upgraded to PHP 8, but have since tried switching back to PHP 7.4 with no difference). However it seems to be a browser specific issue - but we haven't changed any code! Does anyone have any thoughts on why this might be? I have upgraded to Version 4.7.3 but the issue still exists for some users.

Hello Everyone, I have about 1000 individual files that I need to import into a section in my Downloads section. Each file has it's own screenshot along with the file. I know I can upload/add multiple files at one time, but you have to manually add screenshot and details. Is there a way or an app/plugin to automatically attach the corresponding screenshot as well as changing the file author name for those files?

Hi, I thought the sidebar was global since version 4 but apparently that's not the case for my activity page, my forums list page and my topics list page. My home page sidebar is a bit huge et change often. I would like it to be replicated wherever there may be a sidebar. Tried to play with sidebar template widgetContainer without succes 😞 Anyway to achieve this ? Thanks 🙂

So I've spent all day transferring over to a VPS using Plesk and can only have one database per site. I had a seperate archive on the last host and trying to merge it into the normal database now, I obviously hit this error? As the archive is only 2 tables, is there a change I could make easily and try and dump it back in again?

We have changed the domain name from softbones.org/hhpandme to hppandme.org. I have changed the config file accordingly and can access the website/forums however there is an invalid license key warning which i guess is because of the domain name change. We have not had a post other than mine since Saturday. Members are e-mailing me that they are getting the technical (500) error. However, I and the other admin can see the board. Also, it shows members are logged in, showing up on the 'members online' list. But on their end, they are getting the technical issue error. We only have the Forums, Calendar and Downloads applications, and our license is current. Please help.

So, I spent the last 24 hours combing thru everything on my site. I have a private server so I couldn't exactly ask for help... I switched to PHP 8 a few maybe 5 days ago and I have been fixing things ever since, I thought I finally had everything all fixed until all of a sudden, my ACP just wouldn't load. i was getting a 500 error. So, I was digging around and for the life of me, I just couldn't find what was wrong. I was undoing edits, I was updating everything i could think of, i disabled every 3rd party app and plugin, I restored a backup... nothing was fixing it.
