Files are not extracted during the update

 

 

the current version of Invision Community is 4.7.1

 

 

The site is working inside. Outwardly, no. What is the reason?

This message means an upgrade is in progress. If this is not correct, try visiting the upgrade process again (usually /admin/upgrade) and choose either continue or restart. If the upgrade shows nothing to upgrade, visit the AdminCP and run the Support tool. You can also contact Invision Community support for assistance.

Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area. Once you have done this, complete the upgrade from /admin/upgrade . If you then still have further issues, please let us know.

Thanks! It helped. Downloaded the archive. Uploaded to ftp. And through the admin center continued updating. The site is working. Everything is fine.

Please can someone tell me (where is the archive and how do I upload it please) I am not a techy It's an invision hosted site.

This would not apply to yours, as you are a cloud customer. Your ticket has already been escalated and will be sorted out for you 🙂
