Many of my members have been complaining that they cannot purchase another subscription when they have an expired waiting for renew. I have set up different subscription types, however, when one of those subscriptions end, all the other ones are no longer available. If I delete the Inactive Subscription, the other options are available. I have also had many cases of members not being able to renew their subscription in the past. However, I haven't been able to recreate the problem.

One of the third-party apps that is critical to running my site had no incompatibility flag, but turns out to be incompatible. I've had to disable it to allow my site to run, but without that app, a great deal of our functionality is broken. Is it possible to reverse the upgrade for the moment, to give us time to figure out the way forward?

Hi the community, Can you help me, because I try to find the solution since few weeks. With no reasons, when I try to add a new category in gallery, or forum, or in database from Page, I always have an error about the permissions. Hi, guys - I’m having trouble figuring our how to generate a few separate categories in the DOWNLOADS section. I’ve tried to ADD ITEM in the menu manager, but I can’t seem to configure those correctly. As far as I can tell, only the DOWNLOADS menu item has the radio button option to be configured as DOWNLOADS. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious…? Is there some sort of instruction manual somewhere as to how to configure the MENU MANAGER in general? dB

The like button isn't visible underneath posts but I can't find the setting to fix this. The button is there, you just can't see it. I have a white background and I'm fairly sure that there must be something in the button colours, front end colours or tex options that is causing a white overly on top of the like button. When I hover over it, the green like button shows and the up / down vote buttons options panel opens up. When upgrading I got an error saying a script "insert ignore select into gallery_images_uploads select * from gallery_images_uploads_new" This is because my database had more columns in the "new" table. I have a Gallery album which is open to all members, to view and comment (on both the album and the images). I recently posted a reply to a comment on the album. My reply contains a small PDF document, which I assumed everyone would be able to access and download in the same way that they would if it were attached to a post in a topic. However, when anyone (but me) tries to download the PDF attachment, they are presented with the following error: I have looked through the ACP but I can't find any permissions settings that relate to this. Dear IPS support, I guess I have found a bug in the current release. (IPS 4.7.3) There seems to be a change in the reporting system where the mod permissions are checked explicit. In case this topic is already fixed, please ignore my post. My IPS community has restricted moderators defined and as long as these restricted mods are enabled, the user gets and error message once a content is reported. As soon as I disable the restricted mods, everything is working fine. Hello there, I am having some sort of issue after migrating my forum to new server provider. Stripe got disabled and payments were blocked on forum, so I tried to reconnect stripe again but run into some issues I can't fix myself. I get these errors and don't know how to fix them. Prior to upgrading to 4.7.3 I had a sidebar that was sitewide. Since the upgrade it is only there on my homepage and forums. Ideally I want it in pages too. I can't remember whether this was the default setting in the previous version I was using or if I needed to make some customisations for the sidebar to show in pages. Does this require a plug in or a template changes to work in 4.7.3?

Hello, after an upgrade to 4.7.4 it is impossible to close a topic when moderator does not have permission to send/manage alerts. An empty pop-up window is displayed, and after clicking the Save button, it redirects to an empty page with topic breadcramps. The only way to fix this is to allow moderators to manage user alerts, but this is against our community rules.

I occasionally see when browsing this forum at the top of a thread notifications of who is also reading the thread. For example "Jim M is also here" I like this, it looks cool. But it isn't displaying on my site so is there something I need to do to activate it?

My site works great under PHP 8.0, but when I switch to 8.1 I get nothing but blank pages, contacted my host to look into it, they tried to come up with a solution for several hours this is what I received from them, just wanting to know if anyone else has had this problem, or if you may see something that myself and hosting platform has over looked, below is the correspondence I received from my hosting company Sorry, this is fresh install of 4.7.2.1, there are no plugins or apps outside of IPS apps (i.e. forums, calendar etc..)

Our programmer added custom header, this probably make default theme "customized" I cleared everything, but it still shows Customized, even when I use this default theme for new Pages I get customized header there. How can I revert back to real default?

We have had many calendar events where we use the RSVP function but not records are display in charts with both v4.6.12.1 and v4.7 beta 10. I don't remember looking at this before but does it work for you? ACP > Statistics > Calendar - RSVP CSV download:

The behaviour of this block seems to have changed with 4.7. Instead of putting multiple images next to each other (as with all other IPS carousels), there is now only one image visible per “page”, leaving an awkward amount of white-space.

Member reported running into this error some of the time when uploading to a topic. Same file uploads a second try. MOV is an acceptable file type at both default level and member group level. There is no size limitation (or issue as this is a small file around 6MB) for the member group or member. Anyone have any idea where this error comes from?
