Donald Meek Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 i am trying to move someone from one mamber status secret squirrel club to plain member and its not working? is it something in settings i might have done like not let secret squirrels be overridden? Jim M Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 Looking at your community, "Secret Squirrel Club" is a member group which you have. You also have Group Promotions setup to move individuals once they achieve the Achievement's Rank of "Community Regular" to this "Secret Squirrel Club" group. That would impact moving anyone who has met these requirements to a different group. So if you want to move someone out of that group, you will need to adjust your group promotions rule accordingly or it will just automatically move them back.
