Is there an issue with this? SMS enabled on our Authy plan but getting this error below Authy API key: "The API key is valid, but does not have SMS enabled or SMS is not available on the Authy account's plan. Enable SMS with Authy or uncheck text messages from the settings below." Hasn't been working for us for many weeks, possibly since latest update and can't figure out why?

Ran this update earlier tonight and it crashed our site beyond the index page. The topic view pages seem to be up after some time, but navigating to thread pages is still broken. Have contacted Invision support, and I'm a cloud client, but no reply in 6 hours. Rather frustrating, to be honest, to not at least get a single reply when we pay for hosting to help avoid these types of situations. We've never had this much downtime as a forum in 11 years of being with Invision. Does anyone have any recommendations to possibly self-diagnose if not outright fix the issue? FYI, I have already tried disabling all plugins.

I'm running into an issue and have a ticket open with IPS support already on this, but figured I'd ask here to see if anyone else is doing something similar and may either have this working properly or be experiencing the same as I am right now in 4.6.3 (really 4.6+). Not sure if this is new or I never noticed it but it does impact the post login landing page. Is this customizable somewhere? I don't see it defined in FURLs. Login and you'll be redirected to https://{yoursite}/?_fromLogin=1

Suppose the CDN domain was https://cdn.myforums.com/ and was recently changed to https://cdn.ourcommunity.net/ Reference to images will automatically update. <img src="https://cdn.myforums.com/someImage.jpg"> Will be updated to become <img src="https://cdn.ourcommunity.net/someImage.jpg"> However, uploaded video files referenced inside embedded video player widgets does not. Is this a bug?

Hello. I'm getting a large log table error. I have the prune settings set to 7 days. When I look at the logs, I only see 40 or so entries. I feel like it's not getting rid of the old logs, even though they are not visible. I don't know why it would be 9.7gigs otherwise. Thanks for your help.

I logged into the AdminCP this morning and saw a message saying the December maintenance release was available to install, supposedly taking the software version to 4.7.5. I installed it, but it updated the software from 4.7.4 to 4.7.5 Beta 1. Under Site Features - Applications, it says there's an update available next to "System", which is supposed to install 4.7.5, but if I click on that, it goes to the update page, says "Upgrading languages", then "Upgrading themes", then says it's done, but I'm still on 4.7.5 beta 1. If I go to the Support page, it says an update is available, then if I click on "Fix this" and go through the usual steps, it downloads the upd…

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to display content based on certain user groups. For example. I have a few custom pages where I use the WYSIWYG editor to display information. I would like that some texts/images/links were ONLY visible to certain user groups. Is there an easy way to hide/show content in a widget based on the user groups I want? Thanks yoj

Hello, I can't seem to install any themes, if I try manual upload or via marketplace both result in a page that shows "processing" spinning indefinitely. I've tried turning php errors on and so forth to try identify any issues.

Has anyone here done a migration from self hosted to Invision Cloud services? The process is: Take self-hosted site offline. Make a backup of all files + db and give to Invision. Invision recreates the site on the cloud. I change my DNS to point to the cloud. I take the cloud site online. My concern is that the entire 5 step process can represent a lot of time offline, which means a loss of ad earnings, and potentially a bad message to Google for search indexing. To avoid this, I am considering turning my self-hosted site back on right after I complete step #2, albeit locking the forum entirely so that new members cannot reg…

We're rebuilding our ElasticSearch index on our forum running Invision v4.7.4 but for some reason this is taking very long, nearly 24 hours to index 250 items. New items seem to get indexed immediately. The VM that runs our elastic instance (version 7.2.0) is OK on resources, we have set up an EasyCron to ensure scheduled tasks run, though we do have a moderate amount of traffic circa 300-500 posts per day so I doubt that would make much difference. Background processes in the admin CP remain at 0% after several hours. Although we have nearly 3 million posts, this process would typically take about 2 hours to complete when we have rebuilt the search index in r…

After uploading a new logo, I remember being able to adjust the header size to accommodate the new logo graphic. I just uploaded another graphic and for the life of me can't find that setting. Changing the "Logo Height" to "100%" does not remedy this.

Hello! I am about to launch a Pages Database that will work as a kind of crowd-sourced information resource (like a wiki, almost), and I have a few questions about moderation/approvals for this specific space that I wanted to ask in case I was missing anything: Is there a way to 'ban' offending users solely from the Pages Database instance, preventing them from editing/contributing to the Pages Database - while still allowing them regular access to other apps? So for the site I manage we have a ton of plugins and apps which honestly have been a huge headache with the PHP 8 changes. After getting assistance for support who had to disable all my 3rd party content twice. They advised me to run through each plugin and app one by one to ensure i was compatible. So that is what I have been doing. I started with plugins deleted maybe like 15 of them and everything was great. This were I realized what went wrong the first time as one of the Admins enabled at least 3 plugins that were not compatible. Anyway lesson learned. Plugins were cleaned so off to the next thing.
