My “All Activity” page just broke and it only returns a white page. The error log shows multiple new errors all like this: I see that file (core->modules->admin->system->metatags.php) in backup folders but it is indeed missing from the current installation and a fresh download I tried.

Two members have recently been charged twice for a membership renewal, I can handle this with a refund but it should not be happening. When I logged in the admin section and checked their membership I noticed a lot of activity of changing memberships which should not be happening as only two are active, the others are not and cannot be purchased or upgraded/downgraded to (I recently changed this after these incidents so they can upgrade from the lesser to the more expensive). The changes on their account appear to be happening from an IP address in Canada, as we are a UK based company and only accept subscriptions from the UK, I was wondering if you could shed some ligh…

Our site is currently on 4.7.2.1 I've tried upgrading PHP to 8.0 last September and ran into multiple issues with plugins not working, so reverted back to PHP7.4 and got it working again. But I've missed the 4.7.3 October update and want to install that and not 4.7.4 before I get into another issue with PHP8, most plugins got updated to be ready for PHP8 but not all yet. Is there a way to get the IPS upgrade to 4.7.3 from AdminCP and not do a 4.7.4 right now? The AdminCP wont let me choose between versions, it just want to update to the latest. From ClientArea I can also download just the latest.

Hello guys, im trying to download the clean version of forum from client area, to install on localhost! And im getting this error " Sorry, there is a problem. There was a problem generating your download. Please submit a support request so we may assist further. " ! Any idea why? I got the same error for the last ticket i sent about paying my license ! Same error back then, wich was resolved by support!

Hi Something is definitely wrong with these software upgrades. each time i do one, even though it says everything is ok and successful, once i am finished i can t access my forum. this morning i ve got this message once i logged it and went ahead with the upgrade but i couldn't do it because i was running on PHP 7.3. Went to CP and switched to PHP 8, website still accessible. Then went back to the upgrade and this time went through without any issues, in the end said successful and the result is i don t understand, every time i am doing an upgrade i am getting issues. Switched hosting back to PHP7.3 …

Good evening! I have a very popular message board and someone uploaded something or did something and caused the whole forums to crash. I have not upgraded my site to PHP 8 just yet as I am working through some other software to get ready to prepare it for PHP 8.0 so I had not ran the newest update for the software. Hello I got this error when switching to default theme, although before that, I was working on a new theme, as our old theme was modified heavily and it is not updated anymore. But I got this persistent error, so I switch to Default theme, and still got this error [[Template forums/front/forums/topicRow is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Good morning: I executed the upgrade on my site to 5.7.4. this morning and immediately afterwards, I'm unable to access my AdminCP in any way at all and therefore my site is completely offline. I'm completely at a loss as to what to do, but Invision is my hosting provider so I'm hoping that you will be able to provide some degree of support.
