The Box Office Theory Posted November 30, 2022 Share Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) Ran this update earlier tonight and it crashed our site beyond the index page. The topic view pages seem to be up after some time, but navigating to thread pages is still broken. Have contacted Invision support, and I'm a cloud client, but no reply in 6 hours. Rather frustrating, to be honest, to not at least get a single reply when we pay for hosting to help avoid these types of situations. We've never had this much downtime as a forum in 11 years of being with Invision. Does anyone have any recommendations to possibly self-diagnose if not outright fix the issue? Solution Marc Stridgen Posted November 30, 2022 Solution Share Posted November 30, 2022 Sorry for the delay there. This looks to have been being caused by 3rd party apps and cache on them.
