Hello, I am getting the following error in my community. I have looked over the server logs and did not see anything nor does clicking the view logs button product anything. I've tried unlocking the task and restarting, restarting the server, restarting nginx and php-fpm and none of those work. How can I get this issue resolved?

Hello, I wanted to know whether it's possible to have the signup form embedded somehow out of the IPS community, like WordPress, for example. I need to create multiple landing pages in WordPress, and redirecting them to IPS for sign-up is not good because IPS doesn't allow me to adjust the forms easily. It requires programming knowledge. Why am I saying this? Because IPS cannot create well-laid-out forms, it requires programming and a developer to design them. I just had someone join and make a bunch of different accounts and use different credit cards, i BANNED all his accounts and his IP and labeled him as a spammer, but how do i prevent this from happening again in the future?

We're running 7.4.3 and will update once we get PHP 8 rolling on our server. In the meantime, I want to inform the staff of this Forum bug. Hi there, I'm trying to send a webhook to a third party software. However, neither member_create or member_registration_complete provide with the custom fields my members have to complete upon registration... They are required fields yet they don't appear in either webhook. Any advise?

Hello, Every so often I will log in to my test site (and my production site, although this definitely happens less often there) to find the following: So, perhaps obviously, I can't log in to the adminCP when this happens to clear caches or switch themes. So far as I can tell it also happens randomly (at least I haven't been able to discern a pattern to this). This happened when I tried today; I did not perform any updates or anything the day before. Hello, I am the owner/manager of a very small writing group. However, our site has hundreds of story topics and thousands of posts. Sadly, we are having to consider closing the site. A decision has not been made yet. Is there a way to preserve our story topics and posts short of having to copy and paste each one to documents on our computers. This would literally take forever. New member reports that when they go to add a signature, it won't let them because it says it's too many lines. But, I checked the group settings and they're all set to Unlimited for signatures. Not sure how else to fix it?

On my community, member IDs now surpass the 8 digit value and because of this, there are numerous issues with new registrations. It started with them being unable to create a new account, which thankfully was resolved here: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/471135-new-accounts-unable-to-be-created/#comment-2919659 After resolving the registrations, because of the member IDs surpassing 8 digits, it also caused issues with nexus, posts (both partially fixed but IPS complaining as seen below) and seems like I cannot start new PMs. When trying to make a new post or PM now, it double posts but the posts do not actually show which may be causing issues…

Noticed a page layout shift/reload that occurs in Clubs and Marketplace applications that use an ipsGrid. There is a visual flashing/shifting behavior of the grid items. They seem to default to a certain grid layout and then load the finalized one after that. Is there a way to correct this so it loads without the flashing/shifting? Example, the Members list:

When a user tries to access the settings of his account, he gets the following error message: I get the same error message when I try to change or query user data in the admin interface. I have lot of articles with record image (Pages → Databases → edit desired database → Options card → Record Image Settings section) Directly in articles I see these images but when I see list of articles in category view, image previews are not displayed. This worked in 4.7.3 but thumbnails disappeared after upgrade to 4.7.5 Is it OK, or missing images are bug?

When I try to access the Dashboard of the Admin CP it is timing out. I've checked my server logs and the only response I am getting is that the connection timed out. This happens after about 30 seconds. Hello, Some users have problem in login on Front End. I go to Admin CP and on Friendly URLs (i already have the three option enable) click on Save and lost the access to Admin CP. Hi, I have a custom ColdFusion script I am using to sell advertising on my site. I've been using it for many years, but it's getting harder to maintain. I'd like to sell advertising on my site using built in tools. Can I set up an ad that users can purchase where they upload any number of images, and they display randomly from that advertiser? For instance, they upload 5 images and each time that vendors ad displays, it is a different image / link? Hello, Every single email that IP board send to my member with a notification ends up in SPAM. Even if the members have my email in their whitelist and even if they receive all the others email I send to them... Still every single email from IPBOARD ends up in the SPAM folder. What can I do to improve the delivery ? Notification is key for the engagement on the forum and for my retention rate. I really need to solve this asap. thanks

O woke up this morning to a "cache setting" error, which was odd since we do not cache. Reset that and reuploaded constants.php - which then led to the loss of dynamic menus and the inability to open the post-reply box. Tried to run the support tool but that returned an error and broke the site completely.

Greetings, With my self-hosted forum, I was able to modify the member_group inside conf_global.php to set the initial member group for newly registered members. I had this set to a group called "New Members". I lost this ability when I moved my forum to Invision's cloud-hosting service. Now all members are immediately going into the Members group. The "New Members" group requires that the first three posts be approved by a moderator (using the "Remove content moderation" setting in the group).
