This is my DEV server that I am questioning, to test work with IC5. I have made multiple failed attempts at a straight upgrade. The last, I uninstalled every app, plugin, theme that was not IC stock before performing the upgrade. Still, after all that, I have errors in the logs calling uninstalled apps, furl problems, etc... I have yet to have anything but a white screen for the webpage, yet have unfettered access to all of the admin panel. I am happy to have support look, but last request I made was replied with "We don't support Dev installations...". Hi, I'm trying to add send grid to my board. I have open the account in send grid, created the API KEY, gave the API KEY full access. copy the API and try to add it the the board API I receive "2C339/1 The API Key you supplied appears to be incorrect. Please check your API Key and try again." in the send grid, my server IP have been added and write on its IP method - API KEY please help, thanks.

I got a message from the system that a task is not running. It is saying I ran the dignosis in the support section - then it asked to install a patch which I did, I clear the cache but I still have this message und the support section is showing no problems. I don't know if this has something to do with this but the email system currently also does not work. Several test mails which I sent did not arrive till now. Thanks for the help in forward.

I've a couple of 'Promoted Items' that aren't showing up in the 'Manage Promoted Items' section of my Admin Settings – so I can't delete them. Others I can but a couple seem to be stuck as they don't show up on the 'Manage' list. (Don't know why, but there you go.) My question is: If I delete the entries directly in the database (via table: _core_social_promote) – will it crash/cause errors on my site? Many thanks from any who know.

I applied a patch to our forum today at aoai.org/forum and now I can not see the forum or get into the admin pages. My problem seems to be that in order to complete the upgrade, I have to log in with my email address and password, but I don’t know or remember the password, so this apparently can’t continue. (see screenshot attached). There is NO link to reset my password here either. Hi, On one of my sites which is using the lastest version of IPS4 4.7.18, guests are seeing "Error Subscriptions are not available" instead of the usual options to Register/Sign-Up. In Commerce Settings -> Subscription Plans it says Enable on the button, so they are off. In Store Settings -> Purchase Settings the setting for Force users to make a purchase when registering? is off. On the Member Settings -> Log In and Registration -> Registration page the settings are on Recommended. I'm using Standard and Google options only. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? This has just recently started and I'm not sure where to look or what could be causing the issue. There have been quite a few members who have clicked - follow this thread to get email updates and they are not sending on time. The emails are showing up days late. Very frustrating. Having issues with Topic/Post counts inaccurate. System shows count of topics and posts as same. Gallery images increase, but do not decrease when images are deleted. There are no running background processes. I performed a reindex, even waited 24 hours after. Issue still persists. Advice?
