Oops, under file settings I made a change for the Reactions from Amazon S3 image hosting to Cloud, to match all the others, and my forum didn't like this... 100% agree. The Tag feature is very limited and needs to include merging and sorting/filtering. This would be the most crucial add-on or feature upgrade.

Trying to allow my moderators permissions to use the Theme Editor and it's not working, tried to change permissions under Staff/Moderators/Edit and it took me to a 500 error page. Even removing all my moderators and deleting the group and re-adding it hasn't done anything to fix.

Hello, I know I've been making post after post, but I have a questions about the tagging system. Let's say you have a tag for a band, we'll say 'Nine Inch Nails.' But if people want to follow everything related to the artist Trent Reznor, they would have to follow not only Nine Inch Nails but Trent Reznor, as well as the other musical projects he is involved with. We thought that making one unified slug across multiple tags might solve this issue but we got the "duplicate slug" error. Is there a way to "merge" tags so that someone just needs to follow one unified tag to follow all related ones? That really should have been available from the start. Not going to mince words here, the tagging system is really undercooked. I had to buy two separate modules just to make the tagging system functional on an organizational level. (Tag Page and Tag Suggestions [so members could 'add' their own tags for admin approval]).

Hello, for some reason when I click on tags I get this error code: Error code: 2C341/1 It doesn't take me to the content discovery page for the tag. I'm not sure what we're doing wrong and I don't think we've changed anything beyond tagging new threads and creating new tags.

I don't have a ticket. No one ever opened a ticket for me. If they did I was not made aware.

It looks like my resources like emojis, badges, etc are missing. Even when I create a new theme, none of the rank or any reaction badges are showing. Is there some kind of pack I can download and then re-upload into my theme?

Hello, I'm having an issue where I don't have any "Resources" for my themes? Not even for default ones. It prompts me to "upload resources" but I have none! Wouldn't even know where to begin because my forum came with no badges, icons, emojis, logos, etc. Is there a stock or default pack I can download somewhere?

Received no email yet and also want to know where all of the default badges are and how to get that stuff loaded in.
