David N.
I get no push notifications from my forum in Chrome. They're enabled in my forum and in Chrome, but nothing. Edited September 5 by David N.
Marc
Could you please provide an example username on your site, and an example item you believe you should have had notification on?
David N.
You can take my username (I'll send it privately). I subscribe to the main forum and there are dozens of new posts every day and haven't had a notification for days.
Marc
I would need a specific example please. You mention there have been all sorts of new posts, but note you would get notifications for new topics only if you subscribe to a forum
Pescao6
I had my GMP extension disabled on PHP 8.1 because for some reason cPanel was on ea-php81. Changing the PHP selector back to alt-php81 fixed it. Are you seeing any errors when you go to the AdminCP -> System -> Support -> Get Support?
David N.
Like I said... 17 minutes ago, David N. said: I subscribe to the main forum A specific example would be the last post in that forum which was posted 1 hour ago. I also should get notifications whenever someone mentions me or interacts with content I have posted, whenever I receive a personal message, and I Automatically follow new content I post Automatically follow content I reply to ... so I should get dozens of notifications a day (and I used to). Marc
What device are you using, so I can test on this end. Also, are you the only person having issues, or is this everyone? David N.
Pescao6
There are yourdomain/notifications/options/ which would affect each user individually. These can be reset for everyone on the AdminCP if that's the problem.

Also, are you the only person having issues, or is this everyone? I have no idea who else (if anyone) is having issues. I haven't received any notifications for days (weeks?) and only noticed now, so maybe others haven't received them and haven't noticed it or haven't reported it, or maybe no one else is using them, no idea. I'm using a Mac mini running macOS Sonoma 14.5 and Chrome Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (arm64) .
David N.
@Marc I just noticed that I'm also not receiving any notification from this website (invisioncommunity.com) when I follow this topic and notifications are enabled in my browser for this site as well. Marc
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
