1.4 GBs is not that large of a database this day in age.
It is worth mentioning that your system log has quite a lot of errors in it as of recently. Today alone there were 115 logs. I would advise setting this log to purge every 30 days as you currently set it to never purge.
    I am also seeing:
    The table 'ibf_core_follow_count_cache' is full
There are also a lot of errors where gallery images are missing so that should be investigate on your file system with your hosting provider.

That's not currently possible in our software, but as Miss_B noted this might be able to be done with a custom app.

You have to 2 options imo. Either  install Ipb to a different folder, say forum. So its url will be yoursite.com/forum
Then you can do the conversion and then move Ipb to the root.
Or you can move your xf to a different folder, install Ipb directly in the root and then do the conversion. Personally I will go with the latter option. Hope it helps.

They should be on separate folders. What is the url to your xf forum? Do you have installed it in the root or in subdomain or other folder?

Of course. Modifying of files is not advisable.  What I meant to say above is that a template edit only was not enough, as the OP asked, but other stuff was required too.

The variables are accessible from the widget as $memberCount, $guests, $anonymous, but the idea of the widget is to list the names of the members itself. It’s not about full stats.
For an alternative view and a turn-key solution, you can also check out this plugin:

If you go some route like this, it would be advised to do a plugin rather than modifying the core files (of course, self-hosted as the access is not there on Cloud). Modifying the core files will make things hard to upgrade and if any issue come from modifying core files, we will need the core files restored before providing support.

If you Google the error message, the suggestion is to do:
    ALTER TABLE core_themes ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC;

Without the Marketplace developers we wouldn't have a lot of the really cool stuff that takes advantage of the IPS framework and allows us to push the boundaries of what our sites can offer and do.  They were the unsung heroes until now, with this post.  They are ALL very much appreciated for their hard work, diligence, support and continued contributions.

Yes, the must read topic field should be filled. That is the topic that you will set as a must read for members. All you have to do is type the name of the topic.
The second field is optional. It holds the error that will be displayed to members inforimg them that they must read a certain topic before browsing the forums.
Please let me know if you will have any additional questions.

You can't conclude that there are no developers. A lot of them communicate only via PM. And releasing paid jobs to the public is not mandatory. 😉 Give it a try. You can also contact the provider from the list https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/

Happy Hump Day, team! Can you believe we're only a few weeks away from 2022?
Since the holidays are fast approaching, I figured it'd be a great opportunity to get our community in the festive spirit. Since we've shared a lot of amazing platform updates and community management tips with you in recent weeks (pssst check out our blog posts!), I wanted to make this edition of Hump Day a little lighter.
Your mission: find the elf on a shelf I hid somewhere in our community forum.  🤫
Winner gets bragging rights and a shout-out! If you find it, drop a line in the comments (but don't reveal). 😏

As always, here is a list of updates our dev team accomplished in the last week:
    - Fixed a display issue in the admin control panel for RSS import badges.
    - Fixed an issue where banned members were shown in achievement widgets.
    - Fixed an issue where splitting multiple posts from a topic into a new one wouldn't update the search index properly.
    - Fixed a niche issue when using Redis for view logging and the task runs before any views have been logged.
    - Fixed an issue where the 'new products' block on the Store page may not show accurate stock levels.
    - Added few missing language strings for email stats.
    - Fixed an issue where it was possible to create a redirect forum without setting a redirect target.
    - Fixed an issue where search for templates did not return the correct results.
    - Fixed an issue with submitting file links without uploading a file when multiple files are not allowed.

Happy hunting and happy holidays! 🍫

Are these Email Validations or Admin Validations? If the former, please check that you have pruning setup, if you do not you can merely set this up for the desired days.
If the latter, you will want to perform an advanced search on the members screen in the ACP by clicking the cog wheel in the search box. Filter down your search then once the search results load, click the "Validating" tab. Before clicking the prune all found button in the blue bar, double/triple check you're on the "Validating" tab before proceeding.
For self-hosted customers, as always, before doing any large pruning, it would be advised to take a backup prior to attempting.

No, nothing like that. All that stuff is stored in the database.  From the error that you posted, it looks like a case of missing file(s). Reuploading the files will take care of that.
