You likely installed a version of mysqldump that doesn't match the version of mysql on your server. In any case, try adding:
    --column-statistics=0 to the command.

I humbly and respectfully would like to pardon my request that the Invision Development Team please give significant consideration in possibly developing a command-line upgrade and import option. It could be most beneficial for large communities whose content ranges in the millions or billions.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

No. There is no command line version of the upgrader.

You'd need to supply some custom CSS in your theme's custom.css. There's not a separate setting for this.

I would just like everything to be queued. No need to slow down the user experience over notifications. UX should take priority.

Sorry, it was the wrong constant! I have edited my post in the meanwhile.
    It's NOTIFICATIONS_PER_BATCH which handles this.

    Sorry again for the confusion.

This has been covered a few times and if you are using SMTP, it can be slower. Personally, I would task them all out once per minute. Would be nice if in ACP there was a setting/option to do this.
I'm using Amazon SES and now using the API which is faster than the SMTP method when replying to topics.

I think this is for bulk mail and not the amount of followers, correct?

This will explain why it was changed and maybe educate members to make better topic titles.

Similar to viewing template changes in comparison to default templates, please consider adding a mechanism to highlight the specific portions of content that have been altered from one revision to the next. For examples, consider the way MediaWiki highlights changes between two selected revisions, or how the template "diff" display works now in ACP.
It drives me insane to look at a lengthly piece of content and scroll up and down between the two to sort out what exactly someone decided to revise.
Here's an example using Mergely JS library:

You can create a new folder by clicking on the "Inbox" label and then the "add folder" option. I don't think this is configurable per usergroup--anyone with PM access can do this.

I can see a use case for some organizations where this exchange may happen over the phone and that the answers (depending on the questions) may be such where visual inspection of the provided answers could be a part of what happens for identity validation.
That said though, I think it's important that accessing those answers be considered a heightened privilege event. The option should exist to require the administrator to reauthenticate along with their own 2FA if configured as such, and should record an audit trail that the information was accessed by the administrator at said date and time.
We place trust in those we give privileged access to, however we should be able to verify that those responsibilities are not being abused by the individuals themselves or by a compromise affecting that individual's accounts.

@stoo2000 When going to apply the XSS patch, I noticed a "There are problems with your database" Fix it button:

Find a solution There are some problems with your database. Normally it is safe to try to fix these problems automatically however if your community is large, you may want to run the necessary queries manually. If so, the queries to run are: ALTER TABLE `core_validating` ADD COLUMN `bouncer_force_email` TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Forced email change?' ALTER TABLE `core_members` ADD COLUMN `bouncer_disabled` TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Disable outgoing email?' ALTER TABLE `core_members` ADD COLUMN `bouncer_warning` TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Warned about email failures?' ALTER TABLE `core_members` ADD COLUMN `bouncer_spam` TINYINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 COMMENT 'Disabled for marking as spam?'

Check to see if your renewal lapsed here: https://invisioncommunity.com/clients/purchases/
If you can't renew it, open a support ticket so they can regenerate the invoice. It's a bit wonky right now.
