  1. Would check your PHP configuration then as mentioned there. Sessions are not being stored properly and ensure that your server is compatible with the software:
  2. CloudFlare is typically external traffic coming in, not internal traffic. Would check your System Log to see if there is any more information as to why you're getting this warning.
  3. Would check your Google Adsense code and check with Google for support. If you're using auto advertisements and they are loading ads in spots which are interfering with operation of our software, you would need to exclude those areas or stop running auto ads.
  4. We can certainly move this to a private area but we would need confirmed first that the request is reaching your server. We won’t be of much help in a public or private setting if that is not happening, I’m afraid 🙂.
  5. This isn’t a bug but rather the software working as intended. You would want to add the domain you’re linking as an accepted domain that you want followed in ACP > System > Posting. If you would like to see this behave differently, please feel free to post in our Feedback forum.
  6. Would ensure you’re on the latest release and recommend disabling third party applications and plugins.
  7. Only your hosting provider would be able to tell you what is correct.
  8. I’m afraid, you would need to ensure they are getting to the first and foremost. Without that, we are unable to assist.
  9. This is not recorded if a user logged in via display name or email address. I would recommend placing a warning to all visitors at some point that the change is coming though. We will provide some suggestions and further tools once we get closer to V5
  10. There would be some sign of that IP address in your access logs if it hit your server. If there is no log, you’ll want to confirm with your hosting provider and CloudFlare nothing else is blocking it.
  11. Would check to ensure your browser is accepting cookies and local storage. Sounds like another possibility.
  12. Sounds like your IP address may be changing. Are you swapping between networks, VPNs, proxies, or on any type of network that changes IP address frequently? Can tell you that, a lot of our team are constantly in our ACP and only get logged out when we go beyond the PHP session timeout.
  13. If we don't give you a teaser about V5 functionality, does that mean we're still teasing you though about V5?
  14. This isn't something which is available in the software and not really something you would want to allow guests to do.
  15. Thank you for reporting. I also just responded to your ticket 😉
  16. You may wish to investigate what is happening with your community. Attempting to sign in from the ACP, I keep getting redirected around. If you have any custom redirects on the server imposing HTTP to HTTPS or otherwise. I would remove those.
  17. If PHP mail runs on the same SMTP server, you would indeed have the same issue. That would be a question for your hosting provider.
  18. Is there any data in that column which isn't a number? Anything copied? Would verify they are all integers under the limit there.
  19. Unfortunately, I do not speak the language your screenshots are in so cannot confirm. However, Community Hive is one of ours. You're using a third party language pack which has not translated that string. 500 Internal Server Errors are like a check engine light, it says something is wrong but not exactly what. You will want to get the server error log entry for that error and post that here.
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. Did you upgrade PHP recently too? If so, check that the PHP module is still installed/working/compatible. If you are unsure, contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  22. This sounds more like a bad theme rather than an issue with the installation itself. I would uninstall the theme and any incompatible third party applications/plugins rather than performing a migration. You should never perform a conversion with two Invision Community instances, unless you need to combine two instances.
  23. Let's start from the beginning. Could you please clarify why you're using the converter to move data from an old install to a new one? It is not meant to do this. What was wrong with the installation to begin with which warranted this?
