  1. Firefox has some privacy settings which may remove things like cookies. I can take a look on your community if you would like to provide access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. If you have managed rules on it could be that as well not liking something. 🤷‍♂️ . Deleted for better measure 🙂
  3. The 500 Internal Server Error would not be logged in the System Log as the software would not have ran in this case. It would be in your server error log.
  4. This would be beyond the designed intended use of the Staff Directory so this would require customization in order to perform.
  5. Going to ACP -> Support, it looks like your server is having issues with AJAX requests there and resulting in a 500 Internal Server Error. That could be causing the cache clear to not be functional. Keep in mind that the "Popular Now" block counts posts, not replies. Therefore, there are 2 posts in that topic. The original topic starting post and the first reply.
  6. Anywhere which the WYSIWYG editor is used.
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Is there a reason why you are not having the OAuth system create the account itself rather than the REST API? Users require a password in our system if the standard login system is enabled. You could, of course, have user setup their own password for the forum software too so that way if your OAuth login ever has connection issues, people can still login to your community.
  9. Hmmm, this isn't something I am able to reproduce on a test site in Firefox. Are you allowing all cookies to be set in the browser?
  10. It would be advised to place these in this topic or in the notes field of the Access Details in the Client Area so you are not waiting on a technician to assist you.
  11. Is this on the same browser/device that you're seeing this get repeatedly asked?
  12. As mentioned a few times in the Feedback topic you linked, we do not recommend making adjustments to the database structure. It can indeed cause issues in operation and as we move forward and make changes to those tables ourselves. I would ask yourself as to why that is not possible in the core OAuth 2.0 integration we have or a custom application. Making direct access changes to the database itself is not a good idea.
  13. You will either need to change or cancel the existing purchases. The alternative, if you no longer want to sell the product to new users but keep it available to current users is to remove the product from being visible in the store.
  14. Do you currently have a topic with 10 posts in the last 6 hours? What page do you have this block on? I can then verify.
  15. The cache setting that you're using is at 1 hour. That is a little high for caching blocks. Generally, especially with rotating content like the Popular Topics block, it may be better to do 15 minutes or so.
  16. You would need to contact your hosting provider then if you're having issues with this. By all intense of purposes, you should be able to run it.
  17. It would, yes. However, if you have any server caching or other caching, it will not clear that.
  18. If you have a technical individual who aids you, you can add them as an alternate contact to converse via the ticket we opened for you and/or here on our community. I'm afraid, we cannot act on your behalf and communicate with others outside of those items though. Here's how to add an alternate contact:
  19. You're very welcome. Glad we could help guide you. Hope things go well with the upgrade 🙂
  20. This is a server configuration thing. Your hosting provider can speak on that more if something they did would impact that. Would recommend disabling third party applications and plugins then switching to an unmodified theme.
  21. The software compares the time and date which your server provides against an external, accurate source. Even if your server is off by a few seconds, this would trigger the warning. Your hosting provider would need to correct this or using third party services, like Google Authenticator may not work for you.
  22. You're very welcome. Glad to hear that solved the question 🙂
