Who's Online
The block is cached and the online page is not cached so when you're on the online page, you will get a more accurate reading of who is online. The block is dependent on caching properties of the block and page.

Multiple themes in version 5 possible?
The ad system has several spots that you can add in advertisements that are new to version 5. If you do not like those positions, you can also place your ads where you want them using the template hooks. However, template hooks does not use the advertisement module.

Multiple themes in version 5 possible?
Nothing has changed between 4 and 5 for the number of themes you can have.

Two Stripe and PayPal accounts coexisting?
There isn't anything technically limiting you from having more than one of the same payment method available. They likely would both need to be active in order to collect reoccurring payments so that may be confusing. I have tagged a developer to just confirm there is not something else I am missing.

Recurring PayPal payments failing
That is correct. For renewals, everything for PayPal recurring payment happens on their end and then pings your community on what happens. If the payment is now failing on PayPal's side, that is something they will need to resolve, unfortunately.

Statistics
We do not provide pageviews or unique visitors in our Statistics. On Cloud, we utilize caching, so some requests never fully materialize to PHP and thus, are counted in our backend-based statistics. Utilizing Google Analytics would likely be a better bet to handle that kind of stat.

Databases and Pages
That is not something which will likely be changing due to the reason I mentioned above so it is a non-starter here.

Databases and Pages
Manual HTML operates as template code so in reality, it is just like the block areas. You do not want your content, where any member can post, to operate like template code as that would be insanely unsafe :) . In fact, that is why we removed that Source toolbar in version 5 from the editor. Thus, to bring blocks (or block code) into the editor, it would be a pretty heavy undertaking as previously mentioned.

Databases and Pages
It is not designed to operate in that manner. You're more than welcome to suggest it but it would be rather complex to do. Our blocks do not really operate outside of their respective areas.
-
Databases and Pages
The answer is really that it is content. It operates just like a Forum post in that sense, it does not support blocks in that sense.

SendGrid in V5?
I believe we deprecated SendGrid in version 4 prior to that list so it likely was not included. That list is inclusive for the time being.

Network Response Time (Cloud)
The uptime site displays an average over the whole infrastructure for that region. What you will experience will be significantly different. As part of our support, I am constantly accessing sites that are on our USA VS EU regions and I can never tell the difference in speed.

5.0.15 is now available!
As a Cloud customer, you can go to Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your package -> scroll down to "Request version 5 upgrade" and the system will apply the files for you. Then you will want to go to /admin/upgrade.

Network Response Time (Cloud)
Our community here is not hosted in the EU so response time will be higher from the EU but again, monitors sometimes aren't always "real world."

How do I remove a link at the footer?
That is a standard part of our footer. These typically are not removable unless you customize your theme with CSS.

How do I increase the log in timeout in ACP?
This is not something which is recommended or available on our Cloud. We advise even self-hosted customers to keep this in place for security. Only local development installs or test installs should use this constant. The timeout should be around 20 minutes. You shouldn't be signed out every few minutes, if so, you may be using a network which is changing your IP address frequently. While we recommend leaving IP address validation in place, that can be disabled in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration.

Transactional emails with Mailchimp and ACP 5?
Good question. We find evaluating conversations and trends are a much more honest sense of the value/popularity of a subject. We also do factor in our other forms of communication with clients to evaluate those trends. We also do weigh-in when multiple clients write the same feedback or reply in the topic, etc... so there is a way of polling/popularity there. We don't always contribute things 1:1 in these scenarios. Certainly appreciate your insights. I'll pass this over to our product team as well. Certainly would be interested in the URL to that topic/ticket as I am not immediately familiar with the issue, I cannot speak on it. However, our triaging procedure is to try to address critical, widespread/high impact issues first and move down from there. It may also be the issue you're running into is hard to resolve or the fix is largely impactful so needs to wait for a different release to be issued. Getting the URL, I can take a look at where the issue is in our process.

Transactional emails with Mailchimp and ACP 5?
While I certainly understand your frustrations and thank you for submitting any feature request, a very large portion of our software comes from feature suggestions or conversations in that forum but it is important to understand it is not feasible to implement all of them. We certainly wish we could but in order to keep software useable for a large, varying client base, our strategy focuses more on what is most valuable to all our clients and maintainable by our limited resources. I am not part of our product team but just as an example, the tags you mentioned here may be extremely valuable to you but the large portion of our client base may not use that feature in MailChimp so it is very much a balancing act of understanding and prioritizing what brings value to everyone. It would be a complete waste of resources to develop for one client (no matter how much we respect you) so we have to prioritize. Items which fall outside of this but extremely valuable for you are great candidates for custom development (Note: this example could be far from the truth in relation to the actual feature but I am just using this as an example to our process.) Keep in mind that simply because you suggest a feature, does not mean it will be implemented : entirely exactly as requested immediately but that does not mean it is ignored, forgotten, or valued. We often come back to feature requests at different points when new features come around to see how it may be shaped or used differently. The number one way to completely ensure that your feature is not built into the software is by not bringing it up in the Feedback forum.
