  1. No need to repost Feedback topics here. They are read in the Feedback forum even if we do not reply 😉 .
  2. Sorry, I am a little confused as to what the issue is here. Our email system would only send email out of your Cloud based community. You cannot send email to it or use an email client to send/receive email from our email servers.
  3. As mentioned, please ensure all files are version 5 equivalents. Seems like those are out of date
  4. You will want to ensure that you are replacing every file with the version 5 equivalent. 1784 of that file for me is a comment so shouldn't be rendering an error.
  5. It has been some time since we announced this and it is not going to be reconsidered, I'm afraid. Simply because your users may not know their email address doesn't mean you shouldn't move into a more secure environment. It is kind of like stating that you lost your house key so you can't change the locks 🙂 . There have been many suggestions for getting your members updating their email address and getting used to this way of life now before it is fully removed in version 5. Making announcements and changes now that ease your members into this will improve the success come version 5. Enable display name and email address login now, set a date in the future that you will remove display name logins, and make plenty of announcements about it so your members are aware and know how to check their email address on file for their account. Many who have gone through this process have expected to be flooded with contact requests but really only get a handful or less so getting in front of this is the best plan 🙂 .
  6. If it sent successfully from the software but did not arrive, that is an email delivery issue so you would need to contact SendGrid to ensure it sent and was not caught somewhere in that change or rejected.
  7. Every minute is what you would want 🙂 . Changing that to 01 would just run it on the first minute of every hour.
  8. Hard to say without knowing your site and usage. Is this live? Lots of users?
  9. That would indicate that you have server caching enabled and it’s caching the session or full page. You cannot have this enabled for logged in users or users will see things incorrectly as you’re experiencing
  10. It will not. It has no bearing on any other error. If the email sent but you did not receive it, you will want to contact your email provider as the issue is with them, not the software.
  11. This is a known bug fixed in the upcoming release
  12. If you disabled the module for the group in ACP > System > Applications > expand System > Clubs, you will need to reenable.
  13. You would want to reply in the ticket.
  14. No need to comment, the fix is coming in 4.7.19 😉 . It is currently in beta so should be here soon.
  15. You will need to review the email which one of my colleagues sent you as it is not an error
  16. Everything I see on your server and the screenshots indicate that you do not have these applications installed or uploaded so you will need to do so.
  17. Yes, it will not cause harm to your community in the meantime.
  18. You have not uploaded the new files, or you have not uploaded them to the correct directory thus, they are not available. You will need to download the files from the Client Area and then upload the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting the existing files on your server.
  19. You would find the installation process for each application not installed yet in ACP > System > Applications
  20. You would change the max allowed questions per poll in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Polls.
  21. You would need to install these applications if you have uninstalled them or never used them.
  22. You will want to check if your server is passing any cache headers for browser caching. Reports from others have not come in just yet regarding this so this is worth double checking.
  23. Please see the below topic where this has been reported:
  24. If you are using a proxy you would need to enable accepting IP addresses from proxy in ACP > System > Advanced Configuration. Otherwise, you would need to ensure that your server configuration can receive the client IP address for the Spam Defense feature to work.
