  1. Would check that these items have not been corrupted or otherwise unavailable on your server's storage. It could also be that your storage is full and unavailable, thus creating issues.
  2. As this is a support community, we would encourage you to state your problem and solution so others can benefit from it as well. If you encountered the issue, guaranteed there are others out there who did as well. So not only can they learn from it but also, we can learn from it if something went wrong in User Experience that could have made what you're attempting more obvious.
  3. When going to your Invisioneer site, I am not seeing any issues. Was this corrected?
  4. Live Topics are only available on our Creator and up plans of Cloud.
  5. This is because your email address on file uses the domain which you changed to our nameservers. The email records provided included non-English characters. Please ensure that all instructions and DNS records are in English. We have reached out to you but as the email address on file uses the domain, we can't reach you. Please change your email address on file in the Client Area or supply us an alternate email address to communicate with you to resolve the DNS issues with your email.
  6. That would something your hosting provider can assist you with. The basics would be found here on how to move Invision Community from one server to another but the same principles can be used to move between folders on the same server.
  7. This is exactly the problem. Your old software is is at the root domain and your Invision Community software is at a sub-domain so they are pointed to two separate spots. The redirect won't happen till you move Invision Community to your root. You would also need to be converting from a software which we support redirects on. You can see this at: https://invisioncommunity.com/services/convert/
  8. Would review what I mentioned in my quoted text here 🙂
  9. Please supply a link to a topic on your Invision Community instance which has an old URL to your previous software in it and we can certainly assist. Looking at your community URL right away, I do see that you are using a "new" subdomain so this would not be at the same place as your previous community on your domain most likely. That would be why the redirect is not working.
  10. Do you mean why weren't the URLs updated in the content during migration? They would not be, intentionally. As this is very risky and error-prone to update existing context of content. We do redirects as this is much safer and catches everything. Therefore, if you click the old URL, you will be brought to the new one if your Invision Community exists at the same location of your domain that your previous community software did.
  11. Conversion from a different software would indeed end up with different URLs. However, we supply a redirect mechanism with that so the old software's URLs will end up at the Invision Community URLs.
  12. Moving from one server to another would not change your topic IDs or data, no.
  13. If you changed your domain or URL, there would not be anything automatic which would update manual links inserted in posts. This would require custom intervention.
  14. We're aware of an issue and looking into it.
  15. Administrator permissions will not influence the front-end of the application though. Please ensure you only change the moderator permissions to match the user you're having issues with in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators.
  16. Thank you for confirming. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any issues with the moderator account you've provided us with having moderator actions available:
  17. That is coming from your server itself and is a lot like your check engine light on your car. It says something is wrong but not what or where. As terabyte mentioned, you need to check your server/PHP error logs to find the real error of this.
  18. Seeing if you're passing the same information over the two mediums, it really would like be an issue with the variables which are created and passed. I would just verify the variables being passed in Zapier.
  19. I have tagged a developer to obtain this information for you. This will be reviewed by our team and see how we can improve this, if necessary.
  20. Would suggest ensuring you're on the latest release, an unmodified theme, and do not have any third party add-ons related to polls. It is also worthwhile knowing when this topic/poll was created. There was a bug quite some time ago with something similar when it was possible to edit the number of individuals who voted. This capability has since been removed. If after doing the above, this is still present and it is not an old topic/poll, we would need the topic URL.
  21. This is not something we currently do so I have moved this to our Feedback forum as a feature suggestion.
  22. Time zone is an optional cookie and will not be set till you accept optional cookies. Essential cookies, would be listed under the cookie page. Is there a reason you are looking for duration?
  23. Your Invision Community ACP credentials are invalid, not FTP.
  24. I'm afraid, they are still incorrect. Please test these prior to providing in the ACP.
  25. Our system does not have restrictions on adding specific member groups to a user. Reversely, an administrator cannot modify their own group permissions but that does not sound like what you're stating here. Is this something custom which you have a third party addon for?
