  1. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware some users are still having issues and working to investigate what is happening.
  2. As the topic Adriano posted states, this is intended as the functionality was not working there correctly to begin with. I will close this topic as there have been multiple topics on this but I'm afraid, it is not something which will make it's way back into the software at this time.
  3. You would only use one or the other. Mapbox does not have address prediction.
  4. Would recommend trying this on an unmodified theme to confirm that there aren't any outdated template changes causing you issues here. Next, are there any errors in your browser console? Generally, this integration will output various errors messages there about the account with helpful documentation.
  5. Unfortunately, there are some issues with third party applications/plugins with PHP 8 and upgrades in general where they may not be compatible. Recovery mode disables them to allow you access to your site. Our November release will disable any third party applications/plugins which are not compatible with PHP 8. Sorry for the frustration but the cache warning message can be delayed in updating itself so you can dismiss it and see if it comes back in the future.

  7. You would need to provide the 500 Internal Server Error log entry for this issue and we can help identify what is happening if this is in the core software.
  8. What is the 500 Internal Server Error that you are encountering? You have a significant number of third-party add-ons installed. PHP 8 will still execute things in the directory, so some clients have discovered that even with these third-party add-ons disabled, they are still causing issues. Analyzing the error log will determine what exactly the issue is here and what it is related to.
  9. We would require this to be in the original condition so we can investigate what is happening. As of right now, I am not having any issues with this. However, this could be because of your modifications.

  11. Could you please let us know what time zone the VPN is in that you're using? The default timezone of PHP will not have any impact here.
  12. What locale are you using for your language pack? We are currently investigating an issue which may be related with foreign locales.
  13. You could create an album which your all your students have access to upload to and do the same thing. Then leave feedback on the album rather than each individual image. However, only images from the gallery can be embedded in a forum topic at present.
  14. If you are able to provide the URL of the topic which is encountering this, we can take a further look at what is going on.
  15. Unfortunately, the access details providers are invalid. Please verify and update the access details on file.
  16. If you want all the information of the gallery photo, I would just have them post the link to the gallery photo, cut out the middleman. As there is no way to embed all the information of the gallery photo in forums. You can insert a gallery image, but it will not contain all the data in Gallery. Of course, I do not know the purpose of the forum in this context but what are you gaining with the forum topic? Gallery has the ability for users to comment directly on the gallery album/photo. Having your users go directly to the gallery album or photo may be the best way to curve any confusion and any duplication of data. Then in the forum, if you do need to add a relationship between a forum topic and gallery album/image, just post the gallery album or photo's URL.
  17. Could you please provide an example? Looking on your community, I am seeing things in the sidebar of your index page but that is expected.
  18. Anything in the sidebar would be moved to the bottom in the responsive layout. You will need to put your block in the top block location (see screenshot), if you wish for it to remain at the top on mobile.
  19. Unfortunately, there is still an underlying issue stopping the execution of the software. Even in recovery mode, I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error presented. This is a lot like your check engine light on your car, it says there is an issue but not what or where. Again, we would need the Server Error log entry to see what is happening here. Please reach out to your hosting provider if you are unsure how to gather this information.
  20. Could you please update the ACP credentials on file? I would like to try recovery mode but cannot login to the ACP once I set it with the invalid credentials on file. Please ensure you update the display name with an email address
  21. The system will set the URL which is passed to it from your server. If you attempted to install on https://forums.thetechnologystudio.com/ , you will want to verify that your server is passing this URL and not using localhost. However, I have set the mentioned URL as your license URL.
  22. Apologize, looking at your ticket history, it looks like one of my colleagues was working with you. This is one of the benefits of the community rather than tickets is that there is a little more opportunity for conversation like this to clarify something that may have been overlooked prior and outline multiple instances of it happening so thank you for bringing this up. I have re-opened your ticket on this and escalated for further investigation. I have also transferred the OP's conversation to a ticket for further investigation so we have 2 instances of this happening we can investigate.
  23. 2 things I recommend trying: Running the requirements checker that Randy mentioned above (https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/) Disabling all third-party applications and plugins. If you're still having issues, there should be an error message presented from our software when attempting to access the ACP. If you're receiving just a blank page, you would need to consult your server error log.
  24. That is not, I’m afraid. That would be the server denying access to another area of your server that is not our software.
  25. That would be a suppressed server error. You would need to gather the error from your Server Error log. If you do not have access to this or unsure how to gather it, please contact your hosting provider.
