  1. You would need to look at each of your forums for the setting under the "Post Settings" tab for the "Increase content counts?" value. That would indicate if the forum increases post content counts or not.
  2. Do you have forums which do not count towards a user's content count? If so, this would be another intended discrepancy. EDIT: I am also not seeing a discrepancy for those members. All numbers are matching what is on the profile. Please be aware that there is rounding for profile cards 5,891 content would be 5.9k content on the profile card so it's best to view the profile for actual numbers if you are comparing actual numbers.
  3. I've combined your two topics here. Please see my previous reply above and, as mentioned, we'll need a specific example to look into this.
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. You will want to setup your Achievement rules, ranks, etc... then use the rebuild button in ACP -> Members -> Achievements -> Settings.
  6. If you have any UI, suggestions you're welcome to provide those in our Feature Suggestion forum. In short though, version 4 is radically different and technologically more sound with data than version 3 was so you should not have to do these recount tools or clear tools unless there is a specific need. If you are encountering an issue or have a question, it may be better for us to investigate what is happening here.
  7. The leaderboard data has the ability to be different than what is on the user's profile, yes. The Leaderboard can break things down by a time period, content, etc... Could you please provide examples? We can then take a look what is happening. The Leaderboard will only count what is in the database as well. If you inflated user accounts to being larger than what is in your database, these would not reflect in the Leaderboard.
  8. Sorry, we would not provide a way to resolve this via the database but we can help you resolve any issues that are impacting you from doing this via the ACP. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. Unfortunately, something is calling that still. You will want to contact the author for further assistance or uninstall the application.
  10. Could you please add myself to that or add this in the note section of the Client Area Access Details? Unfortunately, Marc is out today and I will need to continue your support 🙂 . We will also require valid administrator credentials: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. 11. Are you using a donate third party application/plugin? As that is what is being referenced here in the stack trace. If you're using a modified theme which you may have included this with, you may wish to switch to an unmodified theme as well.
  12. Glad to hear you resolved your issues.
  13. Pretty sure Twitter disabled the old v1 of their login API so you can't create a new application on the old version. It is only the new version now. This is something which we are working to upgrade towards.
  14. So I performed both of the following and both worked: While creating a new topic, set to immediately publish, then come back and edit in a future publish date. While creating a new topic, set a future publish date. Could I confirm that you're on the latest release and have all third party applications/plugins disabled?
  15. Could you please clarify where you're encountering this error? When viewing your community, everything seems OK. It is also noting that your Benelli theme is still customized.
  16. You can, of course, make changes how you see fit. It's your community 🙂 . I am just saying from an administrative perspective, you don't want to remove things from your "power" account just to view as your members do. It's putting yourself in chains, so to speak, because you're restricting and removing abilities that an administrator should have to perform tasks as an administrator. The other side of it too is often administrators go down this route and then come to us, it would be great if we could do "x, y, z" but "x, y, z" is already a feature in our software, they restricted themselves from seeing it when they setup their community and forgot. Some of our clients do the reverse as I am suggesting. They have an administrator account which they log in to do admin or moderator activities but the rest of the time, they view/post under an account which has permissions just like a regular user. Each is seen on the community as "staff" but like you, they like to see things as a user, so they set things up that way. Just food for thought 🙂 .

  19. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so that we can take a closer look at what is happening. Please check your email inbox for further instructions.
  20. Thanks! Our developers may have found something but will reach out if they require further logging from you.
  21. Would just need to run that cli.php file from the CLI with PHP. Example: being in the convertutf8 directory, you can run: php cli.php Please note that server support is outside our scope of support and this is just provided as an example.
  22. Thank you! I deleted the event as I was done with it for the time being but need to convert this to a ticket to further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence from us.
  23. Please note, I will need to make edits to this as I am not close to you so I am unable to see the feature we are attempting to troubleshoot on your community.
  24. If you have permission to see the edit log in Moderator permissions, you would see this. I would advise creating a separate test account for yourself that is setup as a normal member of your community rather than removing permissions from your admin account.
  25. Are you happy for me to create a test event so I can investigate this further? Unfortunately, on my test instance, I am unable to reproduce this.
