  1. Feel free to post any suggestions in our official Feature Suggestion forum.
  2. Sorry, there is no built-in integration to our software with Shopify as a whole. What exactly are you attempting to do? Keep in mind that customizations are outside our scope of support so if you are looking for guidance in performing that, I would need to move your topic to the community forum to receive assistance from other clients.
  3. Author would be the author of the content which is being reported. Whereas, the reporter would be the individual who reported it.
  4. This would need to be done one by one, there is no bulk, im afraid.
  5. If you removed an invoice from the software, it will delete transactions and invoices. Removing a transaction will not delete the invoice. If you want assistance with the database itself, I have moved this to the community support forum as this is outside our scope of support.
  6. As @DawPi posted, these are no means to do this in our software at the current time. We do not recommend or support making manual queries either. If you do go down that road, please ensure you take ample backups, as if an issue is rooted to your manual query, restoring a backup is the only way forward.
  7. You can utilize the Flag as Spammer feature to help you in your management of spammers and report them to our Spam Defense tool:
  8. Sorry, we only provide support for Apache. If you wish to use NGINX this would be something you and a server administrator would need to resolve on your own, I’m afraid. I can move this to our community support forum if you would like to receive support from fellow clients?
  9. It may be a good idea, just in case. However, does not directly seem to be an issue. You can compare the download from the Client Area with what is on your server to get an idea of what our structure looks like. Just keep in mind, that if you are using any custom directories outside the software or for holding attachments inside that software, that is for yourself to recognize.
  10. The redirect being there is correct, however, the encoding of SendGrid seems to be the problem as it was not decoded properly and looks to be broken.
  11. There is a lot going on with your community. Your conf_global.php still had a hack from version 3 in it. We do not have a Firewall product, so I have removed that for you. I would advise going to your Client Area and downloading a full set of files then extracting them to your computer. Then upload the contents of the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting what is there. Once that is done, please try again and let us know.
  12. You would need to place your community in the environment where errors exist. We cannot assist, if the error isn't present.
  13. I have checked these and the updated details seem to be working for me. However, if you are storing your Invision Community installation in an abnormal directory, please provide that path in the access details as /var/www/html is empty. I have advised our team and they will respond if they need anything further.
  14. Correct. There is meant to be a redirect there.
  15. PHP 8 is a large jump from 7. In that, PHP has changed a lot of what were "soft errors" to "hard breaking errors". If your third party add-ons were previously doing something were causing one of those soft errors, it now will break your site. Which is why gathering the information requested and doing the steps provided is required to ensure that A) you are not missing any required modules on your server for PHP 8 and B) see if any third party add-ons are interfering. You can find more information about PHP 8's impact here: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/469486-php8-will-be-the-minimum-version-from-november-2022/
  16. Could I please confirm what browser is being used here?
  17. If they install the PWA, are push notifications working? I'm afraid, beyond that, we cannot really move forward here as there is not other way to receive push notifications.
  18. Precisely, I'm afraid, what is happening is currently intended so you would need to create a topic in our Feature Suggestion forum for any new ordering schemes.
  19. As it is being stored as text, this would be expected as this is how MySQL orders text.
  20. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any issues on the URL we have on file for you. You may wish trying to clear the cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Cache (the UI may look funky but it will function). If you are seeing issues still, please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Please leave any updates in the ticket. Thank you.
  22. I am seeing subscriptions showing under active and expired for this user. They have 2 active and 6 expired. Did you remove data from this user's history here? Unfortunately, I am not seeing the invalid invoice for this user. I do see the weird expiration on August 3rd which I'd like to investigate further. Do you have another user with this intact?
  23. My first recommendation is upgrading to the latest release as you are behind at the moment. Then please run that and test to see if this still happens in the future. If it does, you will want to take note of other items happening on the server around the time which the index is wiped; from backups to file moves, etc...
  24. This was moved to a ticket to further assist you. Please check your email for further correspondence.
