  1. Please switch to an unmodified theme. The selection is there, just your custom theme is hiding the button.
  2. Only other one would be you're not running PHP 8. You can check what PHP version you're running in ACP -> Support.
  3. You're very welcome. Sorry I wasn't able to fix the issue but at least you're a step further than you were 🙂 .
  4. Finally found it, it looks like the category also had it's own configured template. Once I switched that to an unmodified template, everything is working as it should and this formatting is not an issue. Thus, this is an error with the SuperGrid templates that you're using and you will need to contact the author for further assistance. I would advise setting these to use the default selection in the Database rather than their own individual template. Just to avoid any confusion later on. I have also restored this back to the SuperGrid template.
  5. Unfortunately, your "Display Template Group" is still set to a modified template. You may wish to change all 3 groupings there to unmodified templates if there is any confusion. As the next step for us would be to troubleshoot this along the path and would need this anyway.
  6. Please go to ACP -> Support and apply patches found. There was an issue which we identified and patched today for OAuth.
  7. Please ensure that you have active Clubs and you have access to those Clubs. You cannot move them to something that doesn't exist or that you don't have access to 🙂 .
  8. You are using a custom Pages template for the Database record. You would need to switch that to an unmodified template. This setting is in ACP -> Pages -> Databases -> Edit your database -> see the drop-downs under the "Templates" heading. You will then need to see in ACP -> Pages -> Templates, what your unmodified templates are called then switch to these.
  9. You are limiting your Activity Stream to the last 24 hours. Briefing looking at the forums (we have access to), there has not been content in the last 24 hours so it would be correctly hiding.
  10. Ensure that you allow email addresses first of all in posts by going to ACP -> System -> Posting -> Links & Email Addresses.
  11. If this is in relation to your own community, the locale often controls date formatting in a lot of places. If you're having issues or have questions, I would advise opening your own support topic for assistance.

However, if that is not the intention and the intention is the below then you would not want to move forward: By theme demo site, this is for a demo for your own internal purposes, correct? Test URLs cannot be used by the public so if you're selling themes on our Marketplace, you would not be able to use a Test URL as your demo.

A sub-domain also of your Live URL, would be like test.claritasinvestors.com . ipbfiles.com is a whole new domain 🙂 .
  14. We license on the URL, not the domain. The Test URL is a permanent URL once set, unless as previously mentioned, you change the domain on the Live URL. That is the only case which we would reset the Test URL. If you would like to take advantage of the courtesy reset I am offering, we would require the new Test URL, yes. I would recommend using a sub-domain of your Live URL's domain, however. As this would give you the most flexibility.
  15. I'm afraid, Test URLs are only reset when the domain on the Live URL is changed. However, I can offer you a one-time courtesy reset if you wish to utilize a sub-domain on domain which is used for your Live URL (e.g. if your Live URL is domain.com then test.domain.com ). This way you can simply change your DNS should you need to change servers, etc... Please let us know.
  16. You only have 1 license active on your account. Of which, the URL on file still has our software present there so you will not be able to change that URL till you move the software to the new location.   17. Could you please switch to an unmodified template for the record display of your article here? Unfortunately, in the source of an article I created, I am not seeing this spacing but am seeing it on the display so just want to check if this is related to the template or not.

  19. This looks to be errors with your third-party applications/plugins which you are using. I have disabled them all and it appears that this has resolved the issue. Please only re-enable ones which are compatible with the latest release of 4.7.4.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

As mentioned several times now, if you are using a reverse proxy, this would explain the IP address and it frequently coming up as you would actually be routed to the reverse proxy first and the reverse proxy's IP address would be used/logged. Only your hosting provider would be able to provide assistance as this is a server-related item.

I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. Select and Radio seem to work fine for myself. Yes/No is the only one which I do not see when creating a group promotion. Could you please clarify that this is what you're seeing as well or is something else not working with Select?

  25. You would need to double check any questions with your hosting provider, I'm afraid. Simply because your server is one area, doesn't mean they have other areas of their infrastructure involved. How exactly did you perform this upgrade?
