  1. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  2. You will want to create a new theme. This will be created off of an unmodified theme.
  3. Your "Default" theme which you have on your community has templates which do not exist in an unmodified theme so would need to be deleted.
  4. Glad to hear you got through it 🙂 . Let us know if we can be of assistance with anything else.
  5. Glad to see it's working for you 🙂 . Look at all those "goings", your events sure are popular 😉
  6. You will always want to upgrade all applications together (one of the reason why we removed that option to deselect other core applications now). If you upgrade one application but not others, the others that are not upgraded will be disabled anyway so if you're not using Gallery, I'd suggest uninstalling it.
  7. The main menu navigation would be the solution here as noted.
  8. All should be working again now with our download service. Thank you for your patience.
  9. Thank you for all the reports. This is something we're looking into. Anyone who wants to upgrade, can do so via a manual upgrade as this issue is separate from the software itself.
  10. You're also more than welcome to perform a manual upgrade as you are self-hosted. You can read about that here:
  11. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for further investigation. Please check your email for further instruction.
  12. This issue was different, I'm afraid. There may have been a slight issue while we were making changes on our end. Could you please try again?
  13. Sorry for the inconvenience. Our team is aware and working to resolve 🙂 .
  14. Looks like there is a upgrade in progress. Please let us know once that is done and we can take a further look.
  15. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can further investigate this for you. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  16. You're very welcome! Glad to here your issue is resolved.
  17. You can pin a topic in a forum which would have it always on top of that forum. You could then change the color of pinned topics somehow in your theme. Theme customizations would be outside our scope of support though, I’m afraid.
  18. I replied to your ticket which you sent in and it looks like some pages are not working on the current release your on. Please ensure that you are upgrading by going to ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Upgrade Now. (ACP -> System -> Smart Community, is simply an advertisement to let you know about our new features 🙂 )
  19. You're most welcome. Glad I didn't need to do much, thank you @Hisashi for the answer 😄 .
  20. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any performance issues, nor is the site down (currently). At time of writing your last post, were you having issues? Are you performing any specific actions when it goes down?
  21. You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance.
