  1. We would require these modified files to be replaced with the unmodified for our troubleshooting. We cannot troubleshoot with them present, I'm afraid.
  2. There still appear to be modified files on the system. If these are your own, you would need to revert these back to what is in the Client Area.
  3. Disabling via the Support tool would only switch the theme for your admin account, not everyone. You would need to change this for guests by going to ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> edit the theme and make it the default.
  4. The value being passed there for member_id is larger than the table structure allows. I would suggest disabling all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme then try again as your database auto-increment is within scope of the structure.
  5. I am sorry that we did not reply quickly but often these items can take longer when escalated.
  6. Sorry, as mentioned in our reply, escalations can take some times as our developers triage all issues and review your issue at hand. I apologize for the delay. Though, I am glad to hear that the issue has fixed itself.

  8. The path being used there is for PHP 8.0. If you're on 8.1 there may another path which they would need to configure and ensure correct permissions to.

  11. "agenda" is not anything in our system, I'm afraid, so this would indeed be a custom FURL.
  12. Could I confirm you're going to?: ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Friendly URLs tab. You will need to scan through each to revert or click the "Revert all" button.

  14. I, personally, am not noticing any latency when attempting this myself. Have you tried from another device and network connection?
  15. Test sites typically have different configurations then their live/production counterparts which make troubleshooting effectively harder for our team because clients often changes these configurations as we are working on them. If this is impacting you from going live, we can certainly take a look as a courtesy but you may encounter limited support. However, please refrain from making any changes while we investigate. You have a significant number of third party add-ons which are out of date, you will need to upgrade these and then try again. (even though they are disabled, they will still impact background tasks) Once those are upgraded, it looks likee there is a 500 Internal Server Error also being encountered when running these. If that is still there, you will also need to obtain that server error log entry and resolve any server issues. If there are any software issues, please pass us those and we can attempt to guide you.

  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   20. Yes, you would want to do the contents of the uploads folder with their sub-folders intact. Could do a small folder via the system if you are unsure.
  21. Please be advised I have tagged a developer to this to further verify what is happening.
  22. This would require some form of customization to do this. It is not something which is natively available in the Forums application.
  23. Renewals always happen unless a user cancels or it expires. Automatic payment would only happen if the user has a payment method on file that is capable of automatic payment.
  24. That is stating the renewals will go back to $7.99 once the 3 months is over.
  25. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this on my plain test instance so I would recommend checking to ensure that you have all third-party applications/plugins disabled and test again on an unmodified theme. If you're still getting errors, please check if you have mod_security enabled on the server and temporarily disable to test again.
