  1. Please be advised I have transferred this to a ticket for you. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

  4. This would be the "Highlight items with replies" member group setting. That is showing our group icon.
  5. Please be advised I have marked this to a developer to review this. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  6. User ID 39 have the ability to send messages?
  7. to is required to be an array, not integer so would need to change that in your setup.
  8. ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> edit theme -> Custom tab -> Enable "Fluid Width" and then set "Fluid width size (in %)"
  9. I am sorry to hear you are not happy. However, self-hosting is self-managed so while I can't speak for what happened in the past, I can tell you that your server configuration is your responsibility to manage but as my colleague and I stated, we will provide you with what may be impacting you, it is up to yourself to actually check and resolve those items. Glad to hear it's working. What browser were you previously trying in? Did you have any plugins installed?
  10. Thank you for setting your nameservers. I have applied your domain to your community. While you are all set, it may take a few moments to resolve.
  11. Looks like we were missing a reply in your existing ticket that your nameservers were set. I will take care of this for you now.
  12. Unfortunately, you would need to evaluate this yourself or with your server administrator if you are unsure. I'm afraid, we can only provide suggestions when it comes to server configuration and actually performing the work is up to you and your hosting provider/server administrator. You may wish to also disable any custom .htaccess rewrite/redirect rules as this may also be effecting it. Note, they could be up a directory too based on your server configuration.
  13. Clubs cannot be joined based on member group at this time. Joining a club is based solely on what type of club it is. You may wish to create a private club and only invite members you want to join. This is a little more manual overhead but would accomplish the same thing. Otherwise, please leave your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  14. Go to the Club -> Members tab -> filter by on the table -> Pending invitations
  15. Glad it's all sorted for you 🙂 .
  16. That is still part of the cache rules which you’re seeing there…
  17. Could you please verify that the moderator in question has the ability to use the alerts system? If they do not, we are aware of an issue which is currently present and will be fixed in the next release.
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance.
  20. This is still not our core software, I'm afraid. It is a custom hook: firewall_hook_ipsCoreMdFrSystemRegister
  21. This is not possible via our software. The easiest way though is to rename the index.php file to index.php.old then create an index.html file with your message. Then when you're ready to open your site, just delete the index.html file and rename the index.php.old file to index.php. You can also simply turn the community offline and display a message there but it will not be your custom HTML page. You can turn the community offline by going to ACP -> System -> General Configuration.
  22. I am not seeing that your site has an upgrade in process at the moment so it would not show. Could you please clarify?
  23. You would want to dump the database before restoring. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
  24. Are you providing them a moderator ability to unlock/lock topics in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators? If so, this is for all content, not just their own.
  25. The expires header and cache-control header would work in conjunction. If no-cache, etc... is set then expires will be 0. There is something on marklfc's server or otherwise which is overriding the cache-control header and thus causing the issues being seen.
