  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. We only list essential cookies on the cookie page, the 'theme' cookie is not essential for the operation of the site.
  3. You have downloaded the zip that is had pulled from our servers, and this will not open? I ask as it doesnt appear to be stating its not present, but rather it cant list what is in it
  4. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  5. Sorry, its still not clear on what the question is there
  6. Is this only happening on notifications, or are you seeing this elsewhere?
  7. Assuming you found the issue item there?
  8. In all honesty, if you have to ask that question, I would very much advise not doing this yourself.
  9. You are getting an internal server error when that is running. Please check your server error logs to see what is causing you issues there. I would say however, its very very likely its one of your 3rd party applications there. I would advise on evaluating just how many of those are needed, and remove any that are not. At present you have 100 3rd party items which are hooking into 364 locations. Another thing to note, is you should go to the support section in your admin CP and address the recommendations for your server requirements
  10. Just based on these 2 statements here and I would very highly advise getting something managed, or someone to manage this one on your behalf
  11. The best advice I can give you there is to contact your hosting company on server performance issues. Its quite a common misconception that having a lot of x will solve y. It is the configuration of such items generally you would need to be looking at, and that is an optimisation thing on your server. And there are far too many variables for us to be able to give you a simple answer. This is why we have a cloud environment. So people dont have to think about these things (and in our experience, most just want to run their site). As a start, I would advise taking a step back and questioning what you have done already NGinx - Why? Redis - Are you sure you need it? Is the overhead speeding things up, or slowing it down? mySQL - Is it configured to use the resources you have? Cloudflare - What items do you have set up, and are some of those items potential overhead on initial load? opcache - Is this configured correctly, or is it slowing things down?
  12. As mentioned in the message there, its the author you would need to contact
  13. Im not sure what question it is you are asking here. You appear to be saying both that you want to do something and dont want to do something
  14. As that bug report is closed, I would suspect not.
  15. A ticket was created, but was never followed up on so we're unsure if the user found a resolution. In the first instance, please ensure you have updated to 4.7.15 and check this again. If you are then still having issues, ensure your access details on file are up to date, and we can take a look for you
  16. Added a new bug report for these, cheers
  17. Sorry, thats my fault. I reopened it, but left the closed report on my list 🙂 It is indeed still open
  18. This issue has been resolved in the recently released 4.7.15 version. Please update your site if you are still experiencing the issue, and let us know if you see any reoccurrence.
