  1. There is no other IP information we can provide, other than what is already provided on the user in the admin CP when you look at that member. You cant get IP information back from emails etc. It would be a case of keep banning them, essentially until they get bored. If someone wants to join when they are banned, and has the knowhow to do so, there is little you can really do to stop them (bar closing registrations of course. People can change IP address (using VPN for example), set up different email addresses and the likes to get around these things. In my experience, the best course of action is simply to keep banning them, and nothing else. No interaction etc. The more interaction the longer it will take for them to get bored of it
  2. This has been resolved on your ticket 🙂
  3. No problem. Hope you manage to get the issue resolved with the developer
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can get you sorted
  5. Yes, the API should indeed still work. Ensure the folder is readable, and that mod_rewrite is enabled on the server.
  6. If you are not able to figure what is happening from there, please let us know the member in question, and the member they dont believe they are able to see. We can then take a look for you.
  7. I have created a ticket on this for you. Please ensure all access details on file are up to date
  8. As you can see above, there is something causing a login issue on your site unfortunately. Without being able to log into your site, Im unable to look at the problem. You would need to disable all 3rd party items so I can test logging in. I understand you dont believe it to be a 3rd party issue, however unless you dont have any 3rd party items, its not possible to determine that without knowing what the error is
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. You would be updated on here once they have. The issue is this isnt happening for anyone else, and actually isnt happening for your own users when cache is cleared. So seeing if we can get any advice on this.
  11. Event tickets are not a part of the core platform. Looks like you are using a 3rd party application for this
  12. I have hidden your reply as it shows your email. This is what I am getting on your site currently. I suspect likely related to some 3rd party item you are running there. Please check in your system logs
  13. You need to ensure you have " Inherit key styles from the parent page" selected. Other than this, the rest would be down to development on the site it appears on
  14. Before doing anything else, I would advise upgrading to the latest release. If you then still have the same issues, test on a default unaltered theme, with no 3rd party items enabled.
  15. This is from one of our guieds. As you can see you can click the x to remove any you dont wish to promote to
  16. Feel; free to add this as a feedback item if you wish to see changes in this area
  17. No problem. Feel free to hit billing if needed. We can always forward you to the right place if needed 🙂
  18. It appears you are also using an old version of the platform. In the first instance, I would advise on upgrading to the latest release.
  19. Thank you for confirming the cause, as that may well help others who come across the same issue 🙂
  20. These are kept permanently unless someone actively deletes them.
  21. If a user has access to blocks but not the admin CP, that would usually indicate they are a moderator, but not admin
  22. Its already been stated by Ehren that its on his todo list to optimise this and the image itself is customisable, so you could make it as small as you wanted. If you wanted to remove it however, then CSS would be the way you would need to do it in 5.
  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  24. Ive tagged our developers on this for you, to see if we can get some insight as to what may be happening.
