  1. You would then need to contact your hosting company to obtain the correct detail there
  2. The only place on the software itself you would change is within the conf_global.php file, unless you have added a custom URL to any of your file storage options. Other than that, it would be the server redirecting, and you should contact your hosting company
  3. We have added a bug report for this also, so that we can investigate and improve for the future
  4. Please check your server for mod_security, securi or similar, and check the logs. Something there is blocking the request
  5. Glad to hear you got upgraded there. These will usually happen when there is a break in connection between the client and server. If you are getting this each time of course, let us know
  6. Please ensure all access details on file are up to date, then we can take a look. Also please ensure you are using only our default htaccess
  7. Have you disabled all 3rd party items you have? Also try disabling anything showing im the profile with regards any profile fields you may have set up, in case those are causing it

  13. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this internally
  14. There isnt really a mobile and desktop theme anymore. Its the same theme which is responsive.
  15. If you can update your access details, we can take a closer look if needed once you have done that
  16. Disabling plugins cannot cause a DDos on your server. You would need to contact your hosting company to see where this is coming from
  17. Please upgrade your site to the latest release first of all, as you seem to be a little behind on releases
  18. I have just created a ticket for you on this so we can take a closer look at it for you
  19. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this as a bug to be resolved in an upcoming release
  20. Have you now resolved this, or have you done the upgrade? If not, we can take a look to see whats happening there
  21. That is expected on some URLs, and isnt something you should worry about. What is happening is its blocking items which should not actually be crawled, to ensure the important stuff on your site is
  22. The FTP details appear to be incorrect. Please could you check those?
  23. I see you are now showing as client, but not seeing any response on your ticket there. Have you now resolved this?
  24. Please bear in mind while posting, that not everyone will have the ability you have yourself, and may actually not be self hosted either. In the case of this one, you are actually incorrect. Webserver logging will not give you 'only' the guests. It will give you everyone.
