  1. Please update all access details on file. We can then take a look at the issue for you.
  2. Glad to hear you now have that issue resolved
  3. As mentioned, I would need to know who you are logged into yourself. Is that the same account as you have on file?
  4. From the message there, you dont have permission to access promotions which is a moderator permission. If you can provide your username and ensure access details on file are up to date, I can certainly take a look to see what is happening for you if you believe you have already checked those?
  5. To explain further here. The feature itself you have used is indeed working. However you have placed it in a location in templates that isnt havent the effect you intended it to. In this case it's a location that is caching.
  6. This may well be something outside the scope of normal support, but if you could please explain further what you mean here, I can move this to the relevant location if needed
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  9. I have tagged our developers so that we can get some confirmation on this for you
  10. Have you changed your paypal payment method at any point? I ask as the agreement would have been with your own paypal account. So, if that method is deleted and recreated, or changed in any way, it would result in what you are seeing
  11. It does look like, as mentioned above, its people who have since been deleted. Do you by any chance have something on your site whereby users can delete themselves?
  12. Note this is not an issue with the software itself, and you would need to contact the author of that item for assistance. Bear in mind that people have been away over the Christmas period however.
  13. There is no built in method of doing this on the software unfortunately. As mentioned above, it may be worth looking to see if there is a 3rd party item that may achieve this
  14. Yes, please. I would suggest on that however checking that you have the htaccess file in place
  15. Please see the subsequent message from my colleague above. The issue you are having here is hosting unfortunately
  16. I have created a ticket so we can get this resolved for you
  17. You would need to disable these temporarily while you check first of all.
  18. Ah, it actually only seems to be with that block for some reason. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release. I have closed the poll as the bug is confirmed
  19. This was not mentioned here, and was left in a private setting. If that is the case, its on another license there, as there is no content licence on that licence being used. We can go through your issue in that ticket, but please be aware until we get that issue resolved, nothing else is going to resolve your problem
  20. I am unable to replicate what you are seeing there. What browser is it that you are using?
  21. As mentioned, please disabled 'all' 3rd party items first of all
  22. We would need to deal with this on your ticket. Please see my latest response there
