  8. This would depend. If someone states they are away for a week, then clearly 3 days would not be reasonable. If someone disappears entirely and you don't get any response for a week, obviously that is unreasonable. However if you put in a request on 23rd December, and haven't received a response by 4th Jan, that's entirely reasonable, as its Christmas. In addition to that, if its something that may take some looking into, that may take more time than someone just asking if something is possible. In short, there is no simple answer to your question.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   14. You would need customisation in order to remove the name of the application there, which is what I believe you are pointing to. However note its difficult to know for sure with just a word and no context on the whole location

  16. Thank you for applying the nameservers in advance there. I have now applied your domain to the site for you, so pending your domain itself resolving to the nameservers completely, you should be good to go.
  17. As mentioned above, we would need more information on this. We would need an example page at least. In most cases, this will tend to be server related issues that need to be resolved.

  19. There is no way in which to change this at the present time. Only PayPal is accepted in the marketplace

  21. As mentioned, I would suggest disabling 3rd party items, unless you know you are using cloudflare at all?
  22. Go to Pages->Page Management, and you will see that item there. Just click the pencil icon at the side of it to rename
  23. There is no way in which to group by product association at present. I will however move your ticket to our suggestions area so it can be considered in future releases.
