  1. Please update your access details on file, as these appear to have changed again.
  2. What information there do you not believe to be relevant? Those are the correct instructions on how to create ads within our platform. We cannot state how you create ads on your ad providers networks such as google. You would need to read their documentation for that, rather than ours. The fundamental issue you have here is that they are altering the layout of your site.
  3. You should not use auto ads, which I believe is what you were using there. You should be placing the ads yourself in locations on your site using the ad manager within your admin CP https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/promotion/internal-advertising-r57/
  4. Copied from the ticket itself. My colleague however corrected the problem on this occasion
  5. You would need to direct your disappointment at the advertising company there. Unfortunately if you have code injecting into your site which is altering the layout, that is something in which we have no control over
  6. While I understand you have always had ads, these are being generated, so they will not always be the same ads
  7. Please do, as thats not something that should be possible
  8. I have moved this to our marketplace request forum for you. Hope you manage to get what you need there. Please note, you may also take a look at people advertising their services in the following location https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  9. Im a little confused as to what you are awaiting here. Reviewing the ticket, this was an issue with a 3rd party item
  10. That is the same change there, so we have it covered. Thanks
  11. I would need an example of this. If its been deleted entirely (not just the text) and you have no permission for them to do this, we would need to look further into it
  12. Thank you for that addition 🙂
  13. Please temporarily disable 2 factor authentication also
  14. Ive created a ticket on this for you to see if we can get things sorted
  15. Please could you check the details entered? Connection times out when trying to connect to that FTP location
  16. Sorry, Im a little confused by your statement there. If you click "Fix this" it does indeed tell you exactly what works best with our software, as you were expecting here. I will move your ticket to our self hosted assistance forum where others may well have the answers for you, as you mention.
  17. We need FTP details. Those will not changed based on restores.
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. It would be very very unusual to set htdocs entirely to 777. It looks like something else is amiss here, as you are getting EX0 rather than a permission error We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. You have adverts automatically being added to the page somehow that are breaking the layout of your site there
  22. These are things you need to contact your hosting company about, rather than invision, as they are hosting issues unfortunately. Curl, as mentioned, is recommended to be updated in your case. Its not stating its not present
  23. There does seem to have been an uptick in spam lately. From what you are describing, it sounds like they are manually registering. Unfortunately, thats not something any spam measure is going to be able to prevent, as they are no different in that respect to any other user
  24. Please could you let us know which club and the person you are trying to decline? We can then take a look
  25. Glad you have what you need there. Please let us know if you have any further questions
