  1. The reason for this is you have not asked for the site upgrade to be fixed. You have instead requested your site is restored to an earlier point in time prior to the backup. That can take some time, and may be a few days it some instances, as this is not something caused by the core platform. This is rather something caused by a 3rd party application. If you are just looking to get your site back online, we may be able to remove that item from the upgrade process and go from there. Would you like us to see if we can do that for you?
  2. These are still incorrect unfortunately. Your hosting company will not be able to tell you what those details are, as its your admin CP username and password which you have not added correctly in our client area
  3. Please feel free to post up within our suggestions forum if you wish to see something like this in future releases.
  4. There is little else we can be of assistance with on this unfortuanetly. If you have these notifications (these are not spam, and actually notifications from your server) switched on, and have post before register switched on, you will be notified by your server if someone uses an email that doesnt exist.
  5. Is that a stock theme? I ask as I believe this was a bug that was resolved some time ago
  6. As mentioned, with MOV files this cannot have been the case. They are simply not supported by the browser.
  7. I see you managed to get that restored there. Please let us know if you require any further assistance
  8. Just to add to that, mov itself isn't actually a supported format officially on html5 video. While it will work on Safari, it won't on most
  9. They are indeed showing embedded in the post, provided you are using a device that will display them. By this, I mean safari, as its an apple format.
  10. I believe my colleague answered the question in What you actually quoted there. It should not show at all on mobile. Please disable all 3rd party applications and test, as mentioned.
  11. The mobile application, if thats what you are referring to, was discontinued quite some time ago
  12. It looks like you have had issues with char sets and also it seems there are issues with some files. Have you moved server?
  13. No problem. At least you now know where this is
  14. Ah, so outside of the software you mean?
  15. Are you aware of what that 666666 is that is showing? As that is not from the core platform. Checkin your uploads/logs folder, as you will get the full error. As mentioned, this will be an issue connecting to the database most likely
  16. I shall get that mentioned to our devs to update 🙂
  17. I would check if they are running the same browser as yourself there, and if there is anything else common that you are both running
  18. We have been unable to replicate this, so would need examples if this is the case still. Please bear in mind that this was not retroactive, so will not fix items which were already uploaded
  19. This issue has now bene resolved in the latest release, which has gone out this morning.
  20. This would usually be an issue with connecting to the database. I would however advise on uploading a fresh set of files first of all. The number showing in the top left should not be there
  21. It does indeed use recaptcha if its set up on your site. Spam prevention measures will never be perfect unfortunately
  22. I am unable to replicate this. In fact the "upgrade to cloud" actually doesnt show in the mobile viewport. Could I just check you are running the latest release with all patches?
